Planting saplings of plants/ trees ( Exotic plants ) in the proper beds as prepared, and maintaining the same for Two months by involving all the operations like multing, de-weeding, hoeing, forking, watering and application of chemical fertilizer, insecticides/ pesticides etc. for the following trees/ plants (the pit shall be filled with fresh soil and manure, i.e as stacked at site,Digging holes in ordinary soil and carting away the excavated earth and refilling the holes with the fresh soil mixed with manure or in the ratio of 2 : 1 by volume the excavated earth shall be placed within premises at required place, rolling, levelling, watering and compaction etc. in required gradient complete as directed.Holes 300 mm dia and 600mm deep Big Trees (The height of plant shall be considered as 2'-3’girth size 8mm-12mm). raphis palm,arica palm,ficus pand, tikoma gaudi chaudi, budha belly, dwarf pink chamnpa, duranta, karen.

Suppliying of graded stone aggregate of following sizes (for W.B.M. Road) (1) Hand broken stone aggregate 25mm to 90mm size.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of formwork in (A) Foundation and Plinth.

Providing and laying controlled cement concrete M 250 and curing complete excluding the cost of formwork and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in ( C ) Slabs, landing Shelves, Balconies, lintels, Beams, girders and cantilever up floor two level. Providing and laying Synthetic - ITF Approved - material to be used should be from 8 layer full cushion synthetic surface which consists of 1 layer of Resurfacer 5 layers of dense rubber cushion and 2 layers of colour with line marking according to the international standards as directed by EIC.
