SPL REPAIR TO MD ACCN BLDG NO. P-72 AND P-78 AT KB LINES UNDER GE (EAST) AGRA

Taking down of existing roof treatment inclding all loose and de-bonded concrete / screed, loose particles, dirt etc & debris should be removed from bldg. Roof substrate must be pressure - washed with water with a minimum working pressure of 1400 psi is to be used to and / or remove all dirt, dust, chalking and wast products. Remove algae, mold by using bleach solution or biowash etc complete all as specified and direccted by Engr in charge.

M&L for apply one coat of primer after dilution of water proofing chemicals in the ratio 1:1 in complete dry condition where moisture contain below 7% (Moisture should be checked with moisture meter). Allow the primer coat to dry for 6 to 8 hours. Apply 1st coat of roof seal classic or equivalent water proofing chemical without dilution spreading at the rate of 0.70 / litre / sq mt/ coat until all surface is covered. lay a 45 GSM fibre glass mesh as a reinforcing material which is incorporated in the coating when the first coat is still in wet condition. Allow the first coat to dry for approximately 4 to 6 hours. Apply the second of chemical with the same application coverage, but in a direction perpendicular to that of the first and second coats. Allow each coat to air cure for a minimum of 4-6 hours after application. Check to see no avoid surface is left untreated / uncoated. Allow the system to air cure for 7 days minium etc complete all as specified and directed and as per manufacturer instructions.

M&L for repair of All visible hairline cracks on concrete roof / screed more than 0.50 mm and not giving hollow sound, should be cut and widen in V shape with mechanical cutter in the size (10mm W x 6mm D). Fill cracks with PU sealed / Hybrid sealant with suitable gun and smoothed with a putty knife or towel. Allow sealant to cure a minimum (72 Hrs) 3 days etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for apply a bond coat of pidicrete URP or equivalent mix in the ratio of 1:1 (URP 1:cement 1 ) by volume to make it lump free slurry when applied on in the pre wet surface. Laid to fall roof screed in correct slope and gradient mix pidicrete URP 10% by weight of cement in concrete in ratio of 1:1.5:3 i.e. one bag of 50 kg cements : 1.5 times volume of sand : 3 times volume of aggregates (12.5 mm aggregate) & average thickness of concrete should be 25 mm and finish with trowel. surface should be smooth and even. Before application of water proofing chemical the roof surface should be cured enough etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 5.0 cm thick sand stone slabs in sun shades, chajjas, shelves, roof slabs etc n.exc. 2m in length punched dressed on face and along exposed edges, self faced on other side and set and pointed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 ( using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in benching,coping , roof kerbs, mud stop, padding etc and similar work all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6 M mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed

Brickwork with sub-class `B' brick straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified & directed
