Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing single layer on roof and removal of rubbish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of mud phuska on roof slabs, any thickness including cleaning of roof surfaces, removing the debris beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-I (20mm graded agg) in roof kerb (Gola) or mud slops, rounded or chamfered on edges, coping, kneelers, kerb water tough and the like incl weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for applying water proofing treatment as following:- (a) 15mm cement plaster with cement mortar 1:3 on roof surfaces (b) A coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm on prepared surface of plaster (c) Applying App based polymeric membrane minimum weight 3.50 Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with podyster non woven fabric/wt not less than 150 gm/Sqm and seating joints by torched application bitumen.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) on roof padding surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick, machine pressed, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old plaster any type, any description, racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and removal of rubbish beyond MOD land and M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of brush bond system with polymer based cementious material as in water proofing treatment for RCC over head reserviors/service tank (Above Nine story building) after cleaning the entire surface free of loose particles,dust etc.preparation of concrete surfaces by filling in cracks,joints and honey combing with epoxy treatment after cutting grooves in "V" shape and holes filled with polymer pressure concrete as per manufacture instructions using surface mix with six part of BRUSHBOND RFX and 1 part of NITROBOND -BBX of FOSROC india pvt Ltd or 6 parts of SHALIMAR WATERTIGHT part-A and 1 part of SHALIMAR WATERTIGHT part-B of capitals and chemicals pvt Ltd with one part og clean water by slow speed drill (300-450 RPM) or any othermix by equivalent approved manufacturer like SIKA/Dr FIXIT.The powder component is added gradually to the liquid part and clean water avoiding lump formation and mixing them for 2 to 4 minutes.Each coat of mixed materials should be applied @600gm per sqm with in half an hour by paint brush over cleaned surfaces and 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with WPC over brush bond surfaces as on internal surface of RCC water tanks as part of water proofing treatment as per manufactur's instructions finished surface even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.(Rate of WPC shall be included in unit rate) complete all as specified and directed. Note : This process shall be carried out under the supervision of the manufacturer or their approved agents.

Dismantling steel work of any description and S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged in to spikees , framed guard bars ; barred iron doors; ladders ; framed balustars; walk ways; railings; frame work of water tanks and similer work confoming to fe-290 Gpe E-165 with and including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantiling old AC pipe and S&F for 80mm bore GI pipe, medium grade pipes for overflow of water tank (over nine story building) including making outlet to the required size with necessary cement joint etc and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Demolition of downward RCC fins (4 nos of size 3 x2 x 0.15 metre) of RCC over head water storage tanks (16000 ltr capacityy) over nine storey buildings with diamond cutter, making good all disturbed surface in CM 1:3, removal of all rubbish/ debris beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed. Note: Quoted rates shall include the following, nothing extra shall be admissible: (a) poviding and erecting necessary supporting structures/scaffolding (As considered necessary for execution of work, (b) Necessry insurance coverage the workers employed for this item (c) All tools and plant, necessary safety gears to be provided to the workers

Taking down old steel GI tubing, S&F CPVC tubing 20mm bore with all fittings and fixed to wall and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item 13 but 25mm bore

M&L for cutting chases for concealed water tubing, pinning in brick walls and making good to facing where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels etc and making good, cutting exc 10cm but n.exc 20cm girth complete all as specified an directed.

Demolition and breaking of old pipes any type and S&F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) Pipes of strength 4 Kg/sq cm single socket or with rubber ring/ cement solvent for rain water pipes upto 9th story building including all fittings such as bends,Tees etc, in any position ( laid in trenches, floor,wall etc) making leak proof connection with roof slab, making shoes for rain water pipes in cement mortar 1:3 or PCC 1:3:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid colour ceramic tiles 7-8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc, set jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 including dismantling of old tiles with bedding layer of mortar, rubbish off the premises outside of MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm on vertical surfaces such as dado/skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/ coloured cement to match, laid over and including 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 backing coat including dismantling of old tiles with bedding layer of mortar and rubbish off the premises beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 100mm dia cast iron (spun cast) soil, waste and vent pipes in any length, with or without ears, with cement joints, fixed to walls including dismantling old pipes any type complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE: 1.All items of work are to be executed in multistoried bldgs upto 9th story bldgs using necessary scaffolding.The cost of steel tubular scaffolding is deemed to be included in the unit rate for each item.Nothing extra payment shall be admissable on this account.

Deduct Credit: for demolished/dismantled material of (-) Rs 89800.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part II (Credit Schedule) Note: Tenderer's shall not quote against this item. The amount of Credit Schedule is tentative, however the same shall be considered to arrive at the contract sum
