Amount

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil for laying of cable, pole foundation, stay, laying of pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cables with a layer of sand 8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable complete all as specified

Brick covering with equal to length of brick as mechanical protection to cable with well burnt sub class 'B' bricks laid as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and deposting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 ( Using 40mm graded stone aggregate ) as in foundation of poles filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 ( using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation of poles/coping, stay etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Prestressed concrete pole, 9.0 metres long 102mm x 152mm at top and 102 mm x 289 mm at bottom, class 10 in replacement including dismantling of old UNSV pole , numbering new pole and applying two coats of synethic enamel paint upto 1.5 mtr from top of coping for black and white strip alternately each 30 cm wide complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Earth work including excavation ,Returning filing,PCC work,removing excated material will be measured and paid separetly under respective items of schedule)

M&L for ACSR conductor for over head lines on pole stretching without kinks and bends including binding wire and dismantling old UNSV ACSR conductor complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantlimg old unsv earth wire from pole and S & F Galvanized steel continuous earth wire 3.15/4mm dia including stringing for earth conductor on poles including binding etc & fabrication of cradle guards hexagonal/rectangular complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old UNSV cross arms, clamps, nuts, bolts washers etc from poles and S&F in replacement cross arm bracing supports clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending hot or cold drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size including of two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for stay assembly complete using stay rod of 20 mm dia 180 cm long, stay bow, stay clamp complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No 01 of MES SSR Part-I including dismantling of old UNSV stay from ground and pole complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation and PCC shall be measured & Paid separately).

M&L for galvanized stay strand of size 7/3.15 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Loop type insulator (for stay assembly vitreous porcelain white, brown or green large size with over all dimentions 140mm clearance of hole 25.5 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Shackle type porcelain vitreous white, brown or green insulator in replacement having working pressure 1100 Volts of 90mm dia 115mm height including galvanized mild steel strip of size 31x3mm ,size 12mm dia insulator nuts, bolt and washers including dismantling Old UNSV insulator complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complet with galvanised steel earth plate eletrode 60xm x 60cm x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connecting to the Galvanised iron earth strip 32x6mm size, by means of bolts, nuts, check buts and washers of galvanised iron and earth lead protected by provision of GI medium grade pipe 40mm bore including provision of aggregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1;2:4) reinfored with XPM (weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x6mm with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI light grade 20mm bore pipe for watering of suitable length placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in distance not exceeding 50 mtr and removal of surlus soil complete all as per electrical plate No 5 of SSR-2009 Part-I and connecting to existing earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

M&L for stretching existing loose ACSR conductors of OH lines run of 4/5 of span minimum 30 mtrs including GI wire along the spans on LT poles for sagging within the permissible limit including removing existing winding & rewinding with AI winding wire for condouctor and GI widing wire for GI wire with existing iron components fixed on pole .Size of winding wire shall not be less than two Sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for painting iron bracing fixed on pole i.e brackets, clamps, street light clamps and anti climbing devices, cross arms etc complete with two coats of aluminium paints after preparing the surface dirt/grease free all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge.

M&L for preparing the surfaces of PCC Poles(HT/LT) upto 150 cm height from coping and painting with synthetic enameled paint in alternate strips with black & yellow color 30 cm high strip (total 05 Nos) and writing pole numbers with white enamel paint on black paint base after pole painting,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of unwanted vegitation/grass around the panel/RMUs/Two pole /transformer plateform by earth work upto 10 cm depth and upto 2 mtr wide all around from the panels/transformers plateforms and surface dressing including spreading and ramming complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair aluminium lugs of suitable size of 50 Sqmm to be crimped properly to LT cable with crimping tool after cutting and peeling of LT cable complete all as spd and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair aluminium lugs of suitable size of 70 Sqmm to be crimped properly to LT cable with crimping tool after cutting and peeling of LT cable complete all as spd and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair aluminium lugs of suitable size of 95 Sqmm to be crimped properly to LT cable with crimping tool after cutting and peeling of LT cable complete all as spd and directed.

Supply and fixing Indicator lamp neon type red, yellow & blue complete all as spd and directed.

Material and labour for painting of LT panels/feeder pillar boxes outdoor /indoor type of any sizes or rating installed at varoius location under GE (west) Pathankot with two coat of super enamelled paint of approved colour with spray painting after cleaning the surface and preparing the same for painting complete all as specied and directed.

M & L for welding work to LT panels/feeder pillar box as per requirement at site to match with existing complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for MS sheet thickness 3.15 mm for repairing existing damaged panel doors due to corrison of different type and sizes complete with hinges, hot, cold welding work,fabricating, locking arrangement etc including painting with one coat of red oxide and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour with spray painting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair aluminium lugs of suitable size of 120 Sqmm to be crimped properly to LT cable with crimping tool after cutting and peeling of LT cable complete all as spd and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair aluminium lugs of suitable size of 150 Sqmm to be crimped properly to LT cable with crimping tool after cutting and peeling of LT cable complete all as spd and directed.

(b) PERFORMANCE SECURITY :- (Refer condition 19 of IAFW-2249) The performance security for an amount equivalent to 3% (Three percent) of the accepted contract sum shall be delivered by the successful bidder immediately after the date of intimation letter of acceptance and all provisions shall be applicable as per condition 19 of IAFW 2249
