(c) 125 KVA DG set Note for items 110 to 112: (i) The work shall be executed only though authorised service provider of OEM of respective DG set. The contractor has to submit MOU with the authorised service provider duly noterised and uploaded at the time of submission of bid documents.(ii) The authorised service provider shall give his complete investigation report of respective DG set seperately on his first visit to each DG set including the complete details of repairs to be carried out with warrantee of 2 years for parts replaced by authorised service provider of OEM.(iii) No repair work other than essential repair work indicated in the investigation report of the service provider for respective DG set will be carried out. (iv) The rate quoted include supply and fixing of carbon brush set with holder, solenoid switch assembly with bush, commuter unit, stator starting and running coil.

Disconnecting all electrical cable connections from the dynamo assembly and taking down the dynamo assembly for carrying out repairs and complete overhauling the system including replacing the unserviceable parts like Carbon brushes, Bearings, Armature. Burnt out coils etc. reassembling and re-fixing the dynamo assembly to its original position and reconnect all disconnected cable connections including testing complete for the following capacities of DGs complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In- Charge. (a) 320 KVA DG set

Supply and fix in repair lead acid maintenance free batteries 180 AH, 12 V, 25 plates complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In- Charge.

Supply and connect in repairs maintenance free lead acid battery 12 Volt, 150 AH complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In- Charge.

Draining out the fuel from the fuel tank of DG Set of various capacity and keeping it in separate container, disconnecting all the fuel lines and other mechanical connections and taking out the fuel tank for cleaning, cleaning the fuel tank both internally and externally by removing all the accumulated dust / sediments, leak testing the tank and welding / brazing if required and re-fixing the tank to its original position, replacing the drain plug and PVC pipe protected with steel flexible pipe, calibrating the fuel tank, refilling the drain out fuel back into the tank and provision of locking arrangements complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In- Charge.

Repairs to radiator of copper/aluminium all types taking out by disconnecting from DG set locating the leaking places and trnasposting to workshop for soldering / brazing complete including cleaning with acid and refixing in position complete all as direcetd incl replacement of hoses with new one for DG sets of capacity 125 to 250 KVA complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In- Charge.

Disconnecting and taking down the defective / unserviceable DC wiring and rewiring with same size of cable including supply and replacing of complete wire with flexible pipe, control cable including testing complete for following capacities of DG Set complete all specified and directed by engineer- in- charge :- (a) 320 KVA DG set

Supply and fill distilled water of best quality sealed packing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In- Charge.
