Dismantling of defective components like capacitors, fuses, post insulators, bus bars etc. from HT APFC panel including dismantling of terminations, mounting arrangements, hardware etc. as required at site.

Supply of 100 KVAr capacitor bank, rated at 3.3 kV, 3 phase 50 Hz complete with terminal cover, bus bar links, post insulators and necessary hardware - make standard

Supply of microprocessor HT APFC relay, Aux. Voltage 415 V, with digital display of power factor and other parameter-make standard

Repairing, overhauling and servicing of 400A, 3.3 kV, 3 pole vacuum contactors, by dismantling of defective parts, repairing of burnt coils, servicing of operating mechanism, re-assembling of contactors and mounting on the structure etc. as required at site

Supply of 3.3 kV, 3 pole 400A vacuum contactor with 2 NO+2NC, 230 V auxiliary supply - make Standard

Supply of 3.3 kV, Potential Transformer (PT) for metering and protection - make Standard

Supply of 200 A, 3.3 KV HRC fuses with links and hardware. Make - Standard

Supply of 80 A, 3.3 KV HRC fuses with links and hardware- make Standard

Supply of LED type indicating lights of various colours - make Standard

Servicing of panel including decarbonising of contacts, capacitor terminations, tightening of all nut bolts, cleaning of various components and dusting of complete panel

Installation of various components as described above in the APFC panel including mounting with suitable hardware and mounting arrangements electrical interconnections of control wiring with multi-strand copper wire and power connections with aluminium links etc. as required at site

Testing & commissioning of APFC panels and fixed capacitor banks as per required parameters including following : i. Continuity and earth test ii. Meggering of all equipment for phase to phase, and phase to earth. iii. All function tests of complete installation iv Monitoring of power factor
