Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area exceeding 1.50 sqm but not exceeding 4.00 sqm each and removing from site all as specified & directed

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour three track three panels sliding window with fly proof S.S. wire mesh (Two Nos. glazed & One No. wire mesh panels) upto 1.50 m height made of (big series) frame 116 × 45 mm & sash 46 × 62 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single/double glazing bead of appropriate dimension (Area of window above 1.75 sqm) comprising of uPVC multichambered frame with inbuilt roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process, appropriate dimension of uPVC glazing beads and interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (40 kg capacity), G.I. fasteners, stainless steel screws, etc. complete. The item shall include providing and fixing 5 mm thick clear float glass in two glazed shutters and fly proof Stainless Steel Wire Mesh (Grade 304) in one mesh shutter, complete with glazing beads, rubber gasket, all accessories, weatherproof silicone sealant, backer rod, drilling, drainage holes, fixing to finished wall, making good the disturbed surfaces and all incidental works, complete in all respects as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Glass and Stainless Steel Wire Mesh are included in the quoted rate. No separate payment shall be admissible for glass or wire mesh.

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour fixed glazed window/ventilator with external side openable glazed shutter and internal side openable gauzed shutter, made of (small series) frame 47 × 50 mm and mullion 47 × 68 mm, both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm with single glazing bead of appropriate dimension (Area upto 0.75 Sqm), comprising multi-chambered uPVC frame and mullion (where required) duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads, EPDM gasket, wool pile, friction hinges, suitable handles, locking arrangement, G.I. fasteners 100 × 8 mm, plastic packers, plastic caps, stainless steel screws and all other necessary hardware complete. The item shall include providing and fixing 5 mm thick clear float glass in the external side openable glazed shutter and fly-proof Stainless Steel Wire Mesh (Grade 304, 0.63 mm aperture) in the internal side openable gauzed shutter, complete with all glazing beads, rubber gaskets, weatherproof silicone sealant, backer rod, drilling of holes, drainage arrangement, fixing to finished wall and making good disturbed surfaces, complete in all respects as per approved drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) 5 mm thick clear float glass and Stainless Steel fly-proof wire mesh (Grade 304) shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate and no separate payment shall be admissible. (ii) For uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles, minus 5% tolerance in profile dimensions (depth & width) shall be acceptable. Variation on higher side shall be accepted without any extra payment.

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Casement Door with 3D hinges made of (big series) frame 67 × 64 mm & sash 67 × 110 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single/double glazing bead of appropriate dimension (Area of door upto 2.00 Sqm), comprising uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion (wherever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads, EPDM gasket, zinc alloy (white powder coated) 3D hinges, handles, zinc plated mild steel multi-point locking system with transmission gear, cylinder with keeps and one side key, G.I. fasteners 100 × 8 mm, stainless steel screws and all necessary hardware complete. The item shall also include providing and fixing 5 mm thick clear float glass in the door shutter complete with glazing beads, EPDM gasket, silicone sealant, backer rod, drilling of holes, drainage arrangement, fixing to finished wall and making good disturbed surfaces, complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1. 5 mm thick clear float glass shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. No separate payment shall be admissible for glass. 2. For uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles, minus 5% tolerance in profile dimensions (depth & width) shall be acceptable. S&F in repair Stainless Steel curtain roads, standard quality, not less than 19/25 mm dia with heads, wall thickness of pipe not less than 20 guage, including fancy type brackets and decorated end knobs (finals), stop roller etc, fixed on wall for doors and windows curtains, cutting as required length and fixing at site including fixing arrangements, rawl pluig, screws etc (size and dia of rods are directed by Engr-in-charge ) including taking out old any type rod or pelmet boxes with curtain rod complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Providing, fixing, repairing and replacement of overhead rotational moulded polythene water storage tank 500 litre capacity, vertical type with closed top, ISI marked, including dismantling of existing water tank of capacity exceeding 250 litres but not exceeding 500 litres and removing from site, hoisting and fixing in position complete. The item shall also include providing and fixing 20 mm bore PTMT float valve with connection nipples (02 Nos), repair/replacement of 20 mm dia gun metal globe/gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends, repair/replacement of 20 mm dia high pressure brass ball valve with polythene float and fly nut, all connected GI/iron pipe connections, tightening, jointing with Teflon tape/hemp, testing for leakage, commissioning and making good the disturbed surfaces (including minor civil work, clamps, nuts, bolts, cutting and refixing pipe connections etc.) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for mild steel work conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) as in grills, gratings etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/ or rivetted or forged into spikes; framed guard bars, walkways, railing, framed work of water tanks and similar works complete all as directed by Engineer-in- charge

M & L for painting steel and iron surfaces of any discription,over 10 cm width or girth, with preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces priming with one coat of read oxide & finish with two coats of synthetic enamel paint ordinary tint all as spefified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 8 mm thick superior quality mirror glass of approved make, cut to required size and shape, with machine polished/ground edges, fixed to wall over tile/plaster surface using hard wood/PVC cleats, C.P. brass screws and washers including drilling holes in masonry/RCC wall and providing suitable packing, rubber washers and approved quality adhesive/sealant to prevent vibration and moisture entry. The work shall include proper alignment, leveling, making good the disturbed surface and cleaning of mirror surface after fixing complete in all respects as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
