Type tested PG Clamp made of LM-6 alloy haiving 04 Nos. GI Nut bolts & Washer suitable for Panther to Panther conductor.

DETAILS OF ELECTRICAL WORKS

Dismantling of old pale fencing and horizontal angle pales, including gas cutting of stay and upright for extension of switchyard. Including dismantling base of above ground level and shifting the material at safe place as per instruction of JE/SDO(T) concerned.

Erection of Auxiliary structure (ABL) for installation of 33KV Bus Isolator, the job consist to shifting of all material its structure parts nut bolts washers etc from store to work site distance approx 30 Meter, erection of structure as per relevant drawing and practices using flat and spring washer with each bolts and machining of holes also be done by contractor. The labour and required T&P shall be arrange by contactor at his own cost.

Jumpering of following equipment with the help of ACSR panther conductor including cutting, clamping, binding in proper shape and all other associated work for satisfactorily completion.

1.LSI to Transfer bus Isolator-30 Nos.

2.Transfer bus to Transfer bus Isolator- 30 Nos.

Laying of following sizes of control cable in the cable trenches from C/R Panel to 33 KV BSI /JB etc. in switch yard as per cable schedule, including carriage of cable drums from store to laying site and shifting back to store and all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily as per tech. specification:

Termination of following size of cable as laid above as per cable schedule including making necessary holes in glands, plate or box where ever required, supply and fixing of cable glands of appropriate size. Supply and providing ferrules and No. for each core of cable and its termination with crimping type lugs and all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily as per tech. specification.

1. 4x2.5mm unarmored

Earthing of structure including laying of 50x6mm MS flat. Excavation of earth up to 0.6mtr below the ground level, cutting and welding with earth mat with all cost of MS flat, T&P and man power including painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enameled paint.

Earthing of trench along with 25x6mm MS flat after cutting and welding with cable rack and trench with all cost of MS flat, T&P and man power including painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enameled paint.

Civil construction work for 33 KV ISO & Cable trench etc

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam Clay or Sand) including lift upto 1.5m and lead upto 30m and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and sides of the foundation work. (CSI No. 4.01)

Concrete with 4cm gauge stone ballast, coarse sand (F.M. 1.8 to 2.5) & cement in proportion of 12:6:1 in foundations &under floors including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion. (CSI No. 5.02)

Concreting of 40 mm thick RCC trench covers in mild steel frame work with RCC 1:1.5:3 in Cement, Chopan coarse sand (F.M. 1.8 to 2.5) and 2cm gauge graded hard stone ballast with 3mm thick floating coat of neat cement finish on top of cover complete with all labour, materials and placing the same in proper position at required location of cable trench within the substation area. (CSI No. 5.18)

Cement concrete with 2cm gauge approved hard stone ballast, coarse sand (F.M. 1.8 to 2.5) and cement in proportion of 3:1.5:1 including supply of all materials, labour, side shuttering if required and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work (CSI No. 5.21)

First class brick (class-150) work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand (F.M.1.8 to 2.5)mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of work (CSI No. 6.03)

Mild Steel or Iron work in heavy sizes such as trusses built up gates, door frames, record, racks roof work gates etc. wrought to required form including holes riveting or welding where necessary and also fixing in proper position and alignment including cost of all materials supplied by contractor. Supply of 25 mm dia. M.S. Anchor bolts (conforming to IS-226) 500 mm long with base plate(50x50x6 mm)welded with anchor bolts, including its threading upto a length of 10cm. and galvanizing upto 15cm from top, also supply of a pair of galvanized standard nuts with threading including supply of 5mm thick washer and cost of labour material and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Fixing and grouting 25 mm dia M.S. Anchor bolt in proper alignment level and set out with the help of a template including supply of all labour T&P etc. reqd. for proper completion of the work. (labour rates only) . (CSI No. 9.15)

Providing M.S. Frames work, rack etc for R.C.C. Trench covers and edging with M.S. angles and M.S reinforcement including cutting, bending and welding as per approved drawing. The rate is including cost of all labour, materials etc. as required for proper completion of the work. (CSI No. 9.20)

Fixing and grouting of trench edging in proper level and alignment including cost of all labour, and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work but excluding cost of C.C. (labour rates only) . (CSI No. 9.30)

12 mm thick plaster with cement mortar consisting of one part of cement & six part of coarse sand(1:4),minimum thickness not to be less then 10 mm including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc for proper completion of work. (CSI No. 11.07)

6 mm. thick plaster with 1:3 cement & coarse sand including labour, materials & T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (CSI No. 11.17)

Champering the edge of concrete in auxiliary structure, of size 25 mm wide in triangular section including all materials, labour & T&P etc complete. (CSI No.11.18)

3 mm thick floating coat of neat cement finish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (cement consumption 0.044 bag/Sqm) (CSI 11.20)

2.5cm thick 1:2:4 plain cement concrete floor with cement, approved coarse sand & 2cm graded approved stone ballast laid in panels finished with 3mm floating coat of neat cement or cement and marble dust in ratio of 5:1 as specified and removing any overlapping mortar at the joints of the panels if any and giving them a uniform finish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc, required for proper completion of the work. without base CC (CSI No. 12.02)

Painting and varnishing on new wood, or new iron work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint and one coats of approved ready mixed paint (Luxol or equivalent brand or varnish) including supply of all materials, labour &T&P etc. required for proper completion of work (CSI 13.01)

Same as CSI No. 13.01 above but for every coat after first coat. (CSI No. 13.02)

Painting letters & number over cable trench cover or other places with the help of stencils including painting of base of 150 mm. dia of one coat of primer and two coats of superior quality synthetic enamel paint size of letter to be 60 mm. x 10 mm. including cost of all materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work including placing of Trench covers in required position (CSI No. 13.28)

Placing of trench cover of all size in proper position including transportation from different places within the S/S area including all labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. (CSI No. 20.11)
