Railway reserves the right to procure from manufacturer or their authorized supplier who had supplied "any type of electrodes ", in Railways or any other Govt Organization,PSU, to avoid split qty ordering. (2)For proof of execution of supply: anyone Receipt note or Consignee receipt note (CRN) or Consignee's receipt and acceptance certificate (CRAC) or inspection copy for the quoted make brand to be uploaded. (3)Purchase order is NOT considered as past performance until railway get confirmation of supply against your attached PO. (4) Not enclosing past performance will be treated as without any past performance and no back reference for the same. (5) Supply along with Govt approved lab test report (6) Marking mandatory as per IRS terms and condition, GCC, specification. (7) Material required exactly as per tendered description with documents enclosed without any technical deviation.
Bidder to upload following document/undertaking: (i) Land border sharing declaration as per GCC clause 32, attached (ii) If bidder is NOT the manufacturer: Tender specific authorization letter from manufacturer with email address of manufacturer as per Annexure-4 of GCC attached. Lowest eligible bidder will be allowed once to upload this tender specific authorization, THEREAFTER tender opening through vendor correspondence, (to avoid re-tendering).
