SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I : BOQ OF WORKS FOR E/M WORKS.

Taking down carefully existing ceiling fans, of any make and size from existing positions after disconnecting electric connections, sealing cable end, dismantling/ removing blades carefully after un-screwing nuts, bolts, washers and removing fan and blades to store for repairs, overhauling, oiling, cleaning all dusts and inspaction for burnt coils including minors items as required for smooth functioning of fans, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Spare parts like ball bearings, gun metal bush, capacitors, canopy and rewinding/ painting shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ but cost of transportation to workshop and back to site, tools and plants shall be deemed included in quoted rate.

Supply only following new spare parts required for replacement for repairs fan of any sweep size :-

Ball bearing suitable for ceiling fans of any type and size as existing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Bush made out of Gun metal suitable for ceiling fans of any type and size as existing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Capacitors, capacity 2.50 mfd, suitable for ceiling fans of any type and size, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Canopy suitable for ceiling fans of any type and size as existing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Aluminium blade (sweep) for ceiling fan of 1200mm sweep, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Fan regulator, stepped type (multi-steps) electronic regulator for ceiling fan 1200/ 1400 mm sweep, 240 volts, 100 Watts, single pole, including connecting, testing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Hanging arrangement for ceiling fan, where ever required, made of mild steel hook, 15/ 16mm bore, 600mm long, hollow pipe as down rod, including flat iron clamps, nuts bolts and washers at upper end, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Mild steel clamps with rubber reels, nuts, bolts and locking pin of any type and size suitable for ceiling fans for hanging, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Spray painting of ceiling fan sweep size1200mm/ 1400mm, with synthetic enamel paint of white colour by spraying machine including filling cavities with filler, after cleaning all dusts and removing of dent from surfaces including writing of MES Nos. on bottom of fan with synthetic enamel paint of black colour, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling of worn out/ burnt out windings of ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep and re-winding the ceiling fan with the super enamelled copper wire of same size and same specifications including varnishing with approved quality, insulating materials and replacement of split/ safety pins, locking nut, check nuts, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling of worn out/ burnt out windings of ceiling fan 1400 mm sweep and re-winding the ceiling fan with the super enamelled copper wire of same size and same specifications including varnishing with approved quality, insulating materials and replacement of split/ safety pins, locking nut, check nuts, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Hanging only ceiling fans after repairing at any location as required and making connecting from ceiling rose to connector of ceiling fan including provision of cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Taking down carefully existing exhaust fans of any make and sizes from wall, cleaning externally, checking for defects and overhauling complete by opening, cleaning of bearing, stator, rotor winding, providing new fresh proper grade lubricants oil/ grease after cleaning and re-assembling after replacement of split/ safety pins, mild steel nuts and bolts, including replacement of old existing flexible cord connected from ceiling rose to fan, re-fixing the same in existing position or any other location, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Spare parts like ball bearings, gun metal bush, capacitors and rewinding/ painting shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ but cost of transportation to workshop and back to site, tools and plants shall be deemed included in quoted rate.

Supply only following new spare parts required for replacement for repairs exhaust fan of any sweep size :-

Ball bearing suitable for exhaust fans of size from 275mm to 375mm sweep, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Description all as per serial item No- 9.01 here-in-before but for Exhaust fan of 375mm to 450mm sweep size.

Louver shutters including nuts, bolts and washers suitable for exhaust fans of size 275mm to 375mm sweep, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Louver shutters including nuts, bolts and washers suitable for exhaust fans of size 375mm to 450mm sweep, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Capacitor, capacity 4.0mfd, suitable for dessert cooler, exhaust fan, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Capacitor, capacity 6.0mfd, suitable for dessert cooler, exhaust fan, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Mild steel/ mettalic pre-painted blade (sweep) of Exhaust fan of 275mm to 375mm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Mild steel/ mettalic pre-painted blade (sweep) of Exhaust fan of 375mm to 450mm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling of worn out/ burnt out windings of Exhaust fan of 275mm to 375mm sweep and re-winding the exhaust fan with the same size of super enamelled copper wire, varnishing with approved quality insulating varnish including replacement of split/ safety pins, rusted nut, bolt and washer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Description all as per serial item No- 10.00 here-in-before but for Exhaust fan of 375mm to 450mm sweep size.

Spray painting of Exhaust fan of any size sweeps, with two coats synthetic enamel paint of approved colour by spray machine including filling cavities with filler, after cleaning all dusts and removing of dent from surfaces including writing of MES Nos. with synthetic enamel paint of black colour on motor of exhaust fan, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Taking down the existing geyser, of any capacity and any make/ design (Vertical or horizontal) for repair/ servicing by disconnecting the electric and water supply connections including cleaning the inner tank of geyser and re-installing after repair/ servicing including making electric and water supply connections and making good to the disturbed portion of the wall including testing and checking for proper functioning of thermostat, heating element, indication lamps, cable connections, 15 Amps socket and plug top, inlet and outlet water pipes etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ but cost of transportation to workshop and back to site, repairing, tools and plants shall be deemed included in quoted rate.

Supply only following new spare parts required to replacement for repairs geysers (capacity as mentioned) :-

Indicator lamp round, flat, size and shape of existing specifications, working at 230 Volts, AC supply including making necessary connections, suitable for geysers of 25/ 35/ 50 liters capacity, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Geyser water heating elements 1.50 KW, ISI marked, as per existing pattern fitted in the geyser, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Geyser water heating elements 2.00 KW, ISI marked, as per existing pattern fitted in the geyser, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Copper inner tank of existing shape, size and specifications including filling glass wool as insulating material, for geysers of 25 liters capacity, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Copper inner tank of existing shape, size and specifications including filling glass wool as insulating material, for geysers of 35 liters capacity, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Copper inner tank of existing shape, size and specifications including filling glass wool as insulating material, for geysers of 50 liters capacity, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Glass wool of existing specifications or as per ISI specifications, best quality, for geysers of any capacity, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Thermostat switch of existing specifications and having automatic cut off system, for geysers of 25/ 35/ 50 liters capacity, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Safety brass valve, fusible, as per ISI specifications, suitable for geysers of 25/ 35/ 50 liters capacity, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Internal water assembly of existing shape, size and specifications including required rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts and washers, for geysers of 25 liters capacity, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Internal water assembly of existing shape, size and specifications including required rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts and washers, for geysers of 35 liters capacity, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Internal water assembly of existing shape, size and specifications including required rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts and washers, for geysers of 50 liters capacity, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

PVC insulated FRLS cable with PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi-stranded copper conductor 1100 volt grade, size 2.50 Sqmm, three core for connection, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-charge.

Spray painting of geysers with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of white colour by spraying machine including filling cavities with filler, after cleaning all dusts and removing of dent from surfaces including writing of MES Nos. with synthetic enamel paint of black colour on peripheral of geysers capacity of 25 litrs, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged PVC connections with new PVC connections 15mm size, 450mm long with brass union at both ends, for inlet water supply, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged PVC connections with new PVC connections steel wire spirally reinforced, 15mm size, 450mm long with brass union at both ends, for outlet water supply, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable electric meter with new multi-functional, single phase, temper proof meter, rating 10 to 60 Amps, accuracy class 1.0s, digital and LCD display with optional communication port with internal arrangements to take readings without power supply, conforming to IS: 1377, including transparent meter box and making necessary electric connections, complete all as specified. Make: L&T cat part No- WM101BC7DDHBOX or equivalent in Secure/ L&T/ ABB/ Siemens.

PVC insulated FRLS cable with PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi-stranded copper conductor 1100 volt grade, size 6.0 Sqmm, single core for connection, complete all as specified. Note: Two run of wire shall be measured as one unit length.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Point wiring for one light/ fan/ bell points on the independent board, controlled by one switch with 1.50 Sqmm, PVC insulated, unsheathed, single core, FRLS, multi-stranded, copper conductor cable, 1100 Volts, using colour coding, drawn in and including non metallic medium grade rigid PVC conduit, fire resistance, ISI marked, 20mm dia including all accessories concealed by chasing/ cutting grooves in the surface of walls/ floors/ ceilings and making good the disturbed surface matching to existing descriptions/ specifications, with and including sunken type pressed steel/ welded mild steel terminal box 1.20mm thick coated with anti corrosive paint and with bakelite laminated sheet top cover 3.0mm thick and including FRLS PVC green insulated unsheathed 1.50 Sqmm copper earth continuity wire connected to earth dolly, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Point wiring for 3-pin, 15 Amps, switch socket combination on independent board with 4.0 Sqmm, PVC insulated, unsheathed, single core, multi-stranded, copper conductor cable, FRLS, 1100 Volts, using colour coding, drawn in and including non metallic medium grade rigid PVC conduit, fire resistance, ISI marked, 20mm dia including all accessories concealed by chasing/ cutting in the surface of walls/ floors/ ceilings and making good the disturbed surface matching to existing descriptions/ specifications, with and including sunken type pressed steel/ welded mild steel terminal box 1.20mm thick coated with anti corrosive paint and with bakelite laminated sheet top cover 3.0mm thick and including FRLS PVC green insulated unsheathed 2.50 Sqmm copper earth continuity wire connected to earth dolly, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Switch socket combination 2-in-1, 3-pin, 5 and 15 Amps, flush type, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged plug top with new plug top, 15 Amps, 3-pin, 240 volts, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Plug and socket board, metal enclosure with 2-pole and earth, including MCB 40 Amps Single Pole and Neutral and all internal wiring with copper wire, making necessary connections, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Make: Havells cat part No- DHDPUSN020/DHDPUDP020 or equivalent in ABB/ Legrand/ L&T.

Replacement of old unserviceable gun-metal with new gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe for 15mm bore pipe, complete all as specified and as directed Engineer-In-Charge.

Ceiling rose, three phase/ PVC/ polycarbonate, isolated body, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Ceiling fan, mettalic, sweep 1200mm, star rating for energy saving, mettalic blades, copper wounded motor complete with electronic fan regulator including hanging accessories i.e. U-clamp, down rod, canopy and nut bolts, washers, complete all as specified.
