Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 75 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L 100 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in pavings, hardstandings and similar work complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L Cement concrete work in pavement/ hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) Spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green complete all as specifed.

M&L Plain Cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L Forming Contraction (Dummy) joint 65 mm deep and 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound grade A, for 100 mm thick concrete slab complete all as specified and as directed..

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortor bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premisses complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations incl watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment over 25mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing Paving vitrified parking tiles 300 mm x 300 mm x 8-9 mm thick (heavy duty), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in foot path with white cement and pigments complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl aii quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles.

M&L for fly ash brickwork with modular fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete.

M&L walling of random rubble, uncoarsed, well bonded bedded solidly hearted built in CM 1:4 etcl complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone boulder masonary laid dry complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L boulder pitching, laid dry, hand packed tightly as in vertical bonds with slooping face (Avg size of boulders should not less than 0.30 Cum) complete all as directed.

M&L for keyed pointing to stone masonary uncoursed or brought upto course in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 110 mm bore PVC(SWR) pipe single socketed in any length with rubber ring joint lead in stone masonary of retaining wall for weep holes.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of cement primer all as specified and directed.
