REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF HT OVERHEAD LINES, UG CABLES OR INSULATORS, GOD, CABLE JOINTING KIT AND ALLIED WORKS AT HQ EAC (U) UNDER GE (I) (AF) SHILLONG

Dismantling and taking down ACSR Conductors of any size from poles complete all as directed.

Distmantling and taking down old cross arms, bracing support clamps and back plates from poles etc, complete all as directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Returning filling in soft/loose soil, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 metre above the starting point all as specified.

Supply and laying, connecting, testing, commissioning HT UG cable XLPE Insulated,armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 11 KV grade conforming to IS 7098 with aluminium conductor multi-strand of cross-sectional area 120 Sqmm 3 Core laid in trenches / ducts/ inside protection pipe including cable glands, lugs and suitable size of MS saddle clips etc.including taking out old unserviceable cable all as directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note:-(a) Excavation, sand cushioning, bricks, GI Pipe laying, road cutting shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour as in replacement for outdoor type Cold shrinkable cable end termination jointing kit for HT 11000 Volts(Earthed) grade cable of 95 sqmm 3 core complete with jointing material and accessories complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
