Brick masonry: Providing and constructing burnt brick masonry with approved quality of modular bricks of standard size of class designation 7.5 N/sqmm (Machine moulded wire cut bricks) with cement mortar 1:4 for superstructure including cost of all materials labour charges, scaffolding, curing etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer in-Charge.

Ruled pointing to brick masonry in cm 1:3: Providing Flush / Ruled/ Struck or weathered pointing Pointing on brick work or brick flooring with cement mortar 1:3 1 cement: 3 fine sand) after raking joints to depth nicely lining, including cost of materials, labour, curing as per specifications and as per directions of Engineering- charge.

Anodized Aluminium windows/doors: Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling to be paid for separately): For Fixed Portion: Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications.

Prelaminated particle board: Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminium doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in- charge: Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

5mm thick glass for Aluminium windows and Aluminium doors: Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge. (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/m²) including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications.

Aluminium handle: Providing and fixing aluminium tubular handle bar 32 mm outer dia,3.0 mm thick & 2100 mm long with SS screws etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.: Anodized (AC 15 ) aluminium tubular handle bar including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer in-Charge.

100mm mortice latch and lock with 6 levers: Providing and fixing Brass 100mm mortice latch and lock with 6 levers without pair of handles (best make of approved quality) for aluminium doors including necessary cutting and making good etc. complete including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications.

Hydraulic door closer: Providing and fixing aluminium die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS: 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 35 kg and door width upto 700 mm), with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

PCC 1:3:6 (M10) : Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machineries, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. - Mix 1:3:6 (M10) Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates

CM 1:4 – 20 mm plastering: Providing 20mm thick cement plaster in single coat with cement mortar 1:4, to stone masonry / brick masonry surface including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labours, curing complete as per specifications

Plastic emulsion painting for ceiling & walls without primer: Providing and applying painting in One coat with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand (Asian Emulsion/ Nerolac / Berger/ Sherwin Williams/ equivalent) on ceiling / Wall surface without primer to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface, free from mortar drops and other foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of all material, labour etc complete as per specifications.

Varnishing on Brick masonry surface – Two Coat: Varnishing with varnish of approved brand and manufacture :Two coats of glue sizing with copal varnish over an under coat of flatting varnish to give an even shade and produce a smooth dry and mat surface including preparing the surface after thorougly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and foreign mattersand papering and knotting , cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Anti-fungal exterior paint: Providing and applying anti fungul paint in One coat of approved make such as Asian Apex / Sherwin Williams /Berger or any other approved equivalent as per manufacture specification to external wall surface/sloping roof etc at all levels and heights including all labour, scaffolding, cleaning of paint stains, all lifts, painting bands, bays, chajjas, vertical and horizontal grooves in different colour/shade, maintaining covering quantity as per manufacture specification etc. complete or as directed.
