M & L for 15 mm thick plastering on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces in CM (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement and preparation of new plastered surface of walls and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer over and including 1 to 2 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick plastering on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement and applying two coat of cement based paint on newly prepared plastered surfaces of walls over a coat of chalk whitening complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatement of wall surfaes and M & L for preparation of surfaces by using of sand paper and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer over and including 1 to 2 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of newly steel surfaces of any description exc. 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick bellow or above ground level including tiles etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in Cement mortar from brick wall complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with fly ash brick straight or cuved on plan exceeding 6.0 m mean radius built in CM(1:6) using of old size bricks complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowket or frame not exceeding 1.50 sqm with shutters (wihtout taking of shutter from frame) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per above item No.15.00 here-in-before but exceeding 1.50 Sqm but not exceeding 4.00 Sqm

S & F stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and 1.40 mm average width of aperature fixed with tinned tacks or galvanised wire staple complete all as speficied and directed.

Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated or semi corrugated etc) sheet in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 6 mm thick asbestos cement sheets corrugated or semi corrugated fixed with 'L' type or 'J'' hook and washers as in roof covering etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, benching, roof curb, rounded or chamferred on edges or over pipes finished top surface even and smooth without using extra cement at any height complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for framed MS work as in steel doors including gusset plate, rails, bracket, MS plate, steel sheet and angle section, flat section conforming to Fe - 410 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing pre-cast RCC cover slab etc of cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and set in (1:6) cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 50 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in floors finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor finished rough to receive topping layer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unservicable MS Conduit point wiring from existing place ( Light fan, socket or power point) complete with all unservicable fittings such as switches, sockets, ceiling rose, pendants holders etc and making good to disturbed surface to wall, floor etc to match with existing surface either by using same colour distemper, putty or white / colour wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for flame-proof concealed point wiring on wall and surface wiring on ceiling / roof / Hanger with necessary fixing arrangments with stranded PVC-FRLS insulated and unsheathed copper stranded conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm, 1100 Volts grade drwan in and including 16 Gauge stove enameled ERW rigid steel conduit (metallic) not less than 19 mm dia with all MS conduit accessories/ fittings such as junction boxes, bends, tee, elbow etc including PVC-FRLS insulated andand unsheathed copper stranded conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm, 1100 Volts grade for continous earthing including cutting the chases and making good the surface by cement mortar (1:3) and for matching finishing of new surface either by means of plaster of Paris / Putty or Distemper / colour wash with same existing colour surface complete all as sppecified and directed by Engr-in-Charge for one light, fan point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth for laying of under ground electric cable and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thickin any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus material to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading Ganga Sand dry, clean in trenches as cushining to underground electric cable provided with three layer of 80 mm thick before laying and 150 mm thick over cable laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness sand shall be measured and piad only.

Supply and laying dry bricks over cable laid in trenches as mechanical protection to cable with width equal to the length of bricks with well burnt sub class 'B' bricks complete all as specified and directed.
