M&L for cement concrete 25mm thick type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded agg) in flooring. Including demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below & above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone agg as in leveling course of roof, chajja coving and base slab for tank. Including demolition of PCC complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/ block walling including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster on brick / concrete/stone surfaces using with CM (1:6 ) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster on brick / concrete/stone surfaces using with CM(1:6 ) including Taking down cement plaster on brick/ block walling including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on brick / concrete surfaces using water proofing compound as per manufacturers instruction finished with sponge finish complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : WPC shall be measured and paid seperately)

Rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on brick / concrete/stone surfaces including taking down cemet plaster fron brick/stone/concrete suaface and recking out joints, hacking for key complete and also using water proofing compound as per manufacturers instruction finished with sponge finish.complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : WPC shall be measured and paid seperately)
