Taking down carefully with battens/ PVC surface/ concealed conduit unserviceable copper/ aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket) complete including fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, socket etc. and removing unserviceable material from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core pvc insulated unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 volts grade ISI marked with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through and conduit accessories ISI marked concealed in wall/fixed to roof ceiling etc and including provision of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated multistranded unsheated copper conductor cable FRLS ISI marked as earth continuity conductor, farciated sunken terminal box made out of 1.22 mm thick sheet steel duly jpainted concealed in walls, with 3 mm thick bakelite sheet ISI marked top cover with brass/chromium plated screws and cup washers for housing switches, socket outlets, fan, regulators etc, all as specified ans as directed Note :- (i) The chases in the wall shall be cut with elect cutter (ii) The disturbed surfaces of wall shall be made good with cement plaster 1: 4 including matching the surfaces with two coats of white wash / colour wash all as per existing finishes and to the entire satisfaction of Engr in Charge

Supply and fixing in repair round/square shape 12 watt 220 volts AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with drivers, holders, LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for sub main wiring with 2 runs of 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade multistranded copper conductor FRLS including PVC casing & caping of suitable size and provision of one run 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core copper conductor as earth continuity , connected to earth dolly inclusive of all accessories complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 3 Runs of 2.5 Sqmm wire and one run of PVC casing & caping shall be measured as one unit .

All as per item No. 31 here-in-before but using 4 single 4Sqmm as main & 1 single core 4 Sqmm as earth wire complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for sub main wiring with 2 runs of 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade multistranded copper conductor including PVC conduit of suitable size and provision of one run 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core copper conductor as earth continuity , connected to earth dolly inclusive of all accessories complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 3 Runs of 2.5 Sqmm wire and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit .

All as per item No. 33 here-in-before but using 2 single 4 Sqmm as main & 1 single core 4 Sqmm as earth wire complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground, vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level earth plate surrounded by 15 cm thick and packed layers of charcoal, dust and common salt, earth lead GI strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check-nuts and washers of galvanized iron and of earth wire protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 15mm bore and water pipe 20 mm bore GI medium grade with funnel and wire mesh complete including excavation and earth work, PCC chamber and cover in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in lieu of CI cover and frame etc all as specified and shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR-2009 (Part-I) complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- GI strip upto 7.5 mtr)
