Material & Labour for checking faults of SFCs for smooth functioning and working performance and all electrical connections by replacing the worn out electrical parts, including layout diagram of SFCs to be submitted by the contractor as per site provision complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge suitable for 80KVA/20 KVA suitable for 36V/115V/208V AC installed at H2 Hangar (NAY-G) North side of INS Hansa. Note:- (a) The cost of new Spares Parts/items will be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Material and labour to carry out full load test by providing necessary water loads and connected items for each SFC upto 80 KVA capacity for checking the performance complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5 Mtr deep in hard / dense soil getting out and leveling of bottom surface to required level for laying UG cable complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5 Mtr deep in soft / disintegrated rock getting out and leveling of bottom surface to required level complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches by cutting of road crossing / PCC hard standing, under boundary wall for laying of pipe / cable including making good the existing surface with same finish to match the original finish complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing excavated material of soils from site to a distance not exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed not exc 1.5mtr from the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and Laying Double walled corrugated pipe (DWC) confirming to IS 14930 heavy duty 63/50 mm bore for cable protection as a guard pipe including required accessories etc including taking down existing PVC pipe any type complete as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable LT UG cable any type and Supply and laying LT UG cable XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty 1100 volts, 70 sqmm, 3.50 core with aluminium conductor multistandarded including centre gland, lugs, jointing materials etc laid in trenches or fixed it to wall having any capacity and description complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No 22.00 to 25.00:- (a) Excavation, Concrete cable protection cover, pipe, PCC work for road crossing / hard standing and Sand for cushioning will be measured and paid separately.

All as per item No 22 here in before but of size 3.50 core 95 sqmm.

M & L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate, electrode,600x600x6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) filled with common salt and charcoal and connected to GI earth strip 32x 6 mm thick dia by means of GI nuts, bolts, & washers as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part-I and Connected to earthing test point all as specified and including necessary PCC earth pit chamber of 1:3:6 and chamber cover of 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 with 6mm dia mild steel reinforcement of 10 cm c/c spacing both ways in lieu of CI cover, watering arrangement shall be made with GI pipe light grade of 20mm dia including funnel and protection to earth lead shall be provided with GI pipe light grade 40 mm dia unto 7.5 from the earth plate electrode & refilling of soil etc including necessary excavation & earth work in any strata and PCC chamber complete all as specified and directed including demolish existing earth pit taking out old materials complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Analogue type timer switch (Daily time switch) including power contactor 25 Amps, three phase, 415 volts and MCB TPN 32 Amps 10 KA 'C' series with arrangement of auto / manual control switch duly prewired and bypass arrangement and including sheet metal enclosure of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet of adequate size with powder coated for enclosing the time switch with necessary fixing arrangements on PCC pole / wall surface by providing MS flat iron clamps 32x6 mm and nuts, bolts, washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to copper strip size 20 x 3 mm thick by mean of nuts/bolts, check nuts and washers of brass as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR part-I including necessary excavation and earth work, GI Pipe 15 mm bore light grade for watering with Funnel, wire mesh and protection to earthing strip shall be provided with GI pipe light grade 32 mm dia up to 7.5 mtr from the earth plate electrode and refilling of soil including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt etc & earth work in any strata, PCC pit chamber in cement mortar 1:3:6 type C-2 with 40 mm thick Precast RCC cover slab 1:2:4 type B with 8 mm dia TMT bar and handle with lifting hooks including testing any type complete all as specified and directed including demolish existing earth pit taking out old materials complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Air termination, single pointed, Aluminium rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long, mounted on and including provision of 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade of length 1 meter inlcuding fixing arrangements such as GI nut, bolt, washers etc., rigid fixed on roof top height and insulated from base, including taking down old unserviceable ones etc., complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cost of 1m long GI pipe & accessories for the mounting of aluminium rod shall deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate.

S & F in repairs copper strip conductor 20mm x 3mm with saddles and fixing screws etc fixed on roof / wall or buried in ground including taking out old unserviceable one etc., complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of test point terminal block made of gun metal or Phosphorus bronze of size 75mm x 75mm x 15mm drilled and screwed in, inlcuding provision of 03 Nos, 8mm dia, 25mm long, hexagonal head screws / bolt nut arrangements etc., complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Test point assembly shall be installed inside the MS enclosure.

S & F in repair GI tubing 40 mm dia of approx 5.0 mtr length, medium grade bend to shape suitable fixed at roof top / wall surface with necessary fixing arrangements by using appropriate No. of GI flat of 40 x 6 mm clamps including fastener nut, bolt, washers etc for fixing air termination rod complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old burnt LT panel of any capacity and Supply, Installation & testing commissioning of LT panel board factory made pedestal mounted weather dust and vermin proof (outdoor type overall size not less than 900 mm x 900 mm x 450mm) CPRI approved externally powder coated & internally painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paints over one coat of red oxide primer made out of 3.15 MM thick CRCA steel sheet having opening and locking arrangement both from front & back side with cable tray of size to less than 20 cm having independent compartment for bus bar, incoming feeder and each outgoing feeder suitable for operation on 1100 Volts 3 phase, 4 wire 50 HZ AC electric supply, bus bar chamber with cupper bus bar of 600 Amp rating for 3 phase and neutral 4 wire system duly insulated with heat shrinkable type sleeves as per colour code, supported on epoxy insulators-01 Set including necessary copper cables, suitable size MCCBs/MCBs/ Change over switch/Inter connection, copper busbar size 50 x 10 MM, fixed on appropriate size of angel iron frame work (50mm x 50mm x 6 mm) total leg height 600 mm above GL and grouting in 150 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) platform finished complete all as specified & directed with accessories as described under Sl No 33.01:-

Taking down old unserviceable existing unserviceable LED street / high bay / security light fittings of any type, make and capacity from any position complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Energy efficient LED street Light 90 Watts 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics with IP 65/66 protection, Individual LED must have peanut lenses for better throw with luminaries efficiency of greater than 100 lumen / watt. The luminaries should have 5 KV surge protection, PF>0.95 and total harmonic distortion of THD <10% voltage range of 140-280V should be provided. The manufacture's LOGO must be embossed / Engraved in the housing of the luminaries complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & transporting and erecting in replacement octagonal hot dipped galvanised mild steel pole with grey powder finish 7 meter long complete with top dia of size 70 mm and bottom dia of sie 130 mm including base plate of size 200X200X12 mm, foundation nuts bolts including RCC foundation of suitable size to withstand the said pole and GI bracket for mounting on top of the pole for fixing of 01 Nos of street light including dismantling of existing RCC pole with ACSR conductor, MS cross arms, clamps, nut / bolts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (a) Cost of Excavation for removing of old RCC pole of required length, width and depth are deemed to include in this rate. (b) Cost of Excavation for fixing of New octagonal pole of required length, width, depth and construction of suitable RCC platform, bolts and nut as per manufacture specification, drawing etc are deemed to include in quoted rate. (c) Old unserviceable RCC post and MS articles etc obtained from site to be taken in schedule of credit items repectively.
