PROVIDING TEMPORARY PANTHAL ARRANGEMENTS FOR DASARA FESTIVAL (2026) N ARULTHARUM MUTHARAMMAN TEMPLE. KULASEKARAPATTINAM, TIRUCHENDUR, THOOTHUKUDI DISTRICT.

Providing temporary Mallu cloth decoration (Plain) in the Bottom of the Existing GI sheet roofing including dismantling and removing the same from site after completing the Adaikodaivila function. The above work will be done based on hire basis for 13 days only.

Providing temporary GI sheet roofing without Mul cloth using vertical pipes, tubular truss, cross bracings including cost for coir and nails including charges for drilling holes 10" dia and 2' depth for fixing the vertical supports and refilling the size with same excavated earth, well ramming and compacting including dismantling and removing the same from site after completing the Adaikodaivila function. The above work will be done based on hire basis for 13 days only.

Providing temporary GI sheet side closure using 3" dia casurina pole as vertical support at a distance of 4' centre to centre and horizontal stiffener 3 rows for fixing the GI sheet in sides of the places wherever required including drilling holes 8" dia and 2' depth for fixing the vertical supports and refilling the size with same excavated earth, well ramming and compacting including dismantling and removing the same from site after completing the Adaikodaivila function. The above work will be done based on hire basis for 13 days only.

Providing temporary queue line arrangements 4' height on hire basics using casurina wood poles 8cm -10cm dia placed at the interval of 1.20m center to center as vertical post 8cm - 10cm dia and the horizondal poles 5-8cm will be tied in 4 rows includiong drilling holes (or) sand bags for fixing the vertical poles wherever necessary including cost of coir and nails including all incidental charges and dismanteling and clearing the site etc complete this work will be done on hire basis for 13 days only.

Providing temporary queue line arrangements 4' height on hire basics using Iron poles 8cm -10cm dia placed at the interval of 1.20m center to center as vertical Iron post 8cm - 10cm dia and the horizondal Iron poles 5-8cm will be tied in 4 rows includiong drilling holes (or) sand bags for fixing the vertical Iron poles wherever necessary including cost of coir and nails including all incidental charges and dismanteling and clearing the site etc complete this work will be done on hire basis for 13 days only.

Providing temporary Police view tower size 10' x 10' and height 25'0" made of casurina post 8 to 10 cm dia 4 Nos as vertical post and horizontal bracing 5 to 8 cm dia (@ a height of 5'0" centre to centre and diagonal bracing 2 nos in each side from top to bottom including drilling holes 30 cm square, 2' depth into the ground and filling the sides with excavated carth wall ramming, compacting for fixing in position of vertical post including cost for coir and nails. In the top of the tower roof ceiling will be closed with GI sheet and botom floor will be finished with C.W planks and hand rails should be provided in all sides with Casurina poles including hire charges for steel ladder including dismantling the same after completed the temple functions including all incidental charges etc complete. This work will be done an hire basis for 13 days only.

Providing temporary steel barricading 8' length and 4' height made of 40mm dia Ms pipe 4 nos 2 nos on each side as vertical post and 18 gauge steel sheet will be fixed in between the vertical post for blocking the entry and exit of the devotees for reqularise the crowd including the cost for steel roller 4 nos including charges for loading, conveyance and unloading to site and fixing in position including removing the barricade after completed the temple functions. This work will be done an hire basis for 13 days only.

Providing temporary entrance Arch size 25' x 15' and 180" height from road level to arch bottom using 6" dia casurina post as vertical post and 3" dia casurina post as horizontal stiffener @6' clc on both direction and provide| Arch 35' height over 180" height of the Arch base including 3 numbers of ladder truss to lenght of 25' and 1' height for bearing the load including dismantling the same after completed| the Dasara function etc complete. This work will be done on hire basis for 13 days only.
