(d) Applying two coats of tack coat of Industrial bitumen grade of 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 Kg per Sqm including cleaning surfaces (1st coat for bonding material below membrane and 2nd coat on top of membrane. (e) Laying 3 mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane with 100 mm over laps sealed and bounded to the surfaces by 'torchon' method. Note : Top Floor Area shall be measured for payment.

Dismantling of floor, hearth , or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing ) removing serviceable tiles to store yard and rubbish of the primeses complete all as specified and directed.
