REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF HIGHMAST LIGHTS, SOLAR STREET LIGHT FITTINGS AND ALLIED WORKS AT AF STN YELAHANKA

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for laying cables, pipes, foundation for poles etc., and getting out in any type of soil all as specified and direted.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point as directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, Type 1 flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm

Supply and spread dry river sand in trenches for cable cushioning on both top and bottom of cable including ramming all as specified and directed. NOTE: For the purpose of payment punned thickness only shall be measured.

Supply and laying in trenches, LT underground cable of size 16 Sqmm 4 core XLPE insulated armoured and PVC sheathed 1100 Volts grade with aluminium conductor multistranded including cable connecting lugs, glands,jointing materials etc., laid in trenches, floors, roof, ducts and fixing using clamps, saddle for pole, wall including taking down complete all as directed by Eng-in-cahrge.

Repair and maintenance of Search/perimeter light/high mast light fittings/solar light fittings/CFL light fittings, LED/Solar fittings/ and CFL fittings of any type and capacity including cleaning of perplex cover where ever required and tightening of loose connection or brought it down for repair and fix it back after repair on the pole/Building all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair 415V 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of 63 Amps current carrying capacity in the high mast panel complete with connection testing and commissioning all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking down the complete high mast tower 15 to 20 mtr height by removing bolts and nuts at the bottom with the help of crane/motor and removing the worn out /cut stainless steel GI wire unserviceable pulley,shafts checknuts etc including fixing new spares,applying grease, checking and rectifying mechanical and electrical connections and re-erecting the same after making functional of all components complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge Note:(i) Necessary Spares shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item/items of this schedule. The rate for minor spares necessary for carryingout the repair work which are all not covered under this schedule shall also deemed to be include in the quoted rate. (ii) The rate quoted deemed to be included the rate of all manpower including technicians, crane operator etc. and all tools and plants including crane/motor required to carryout above work. (iii) The light assembly shall also be checked twice in the contract period other than the repairing time by taking down the light assembly from top to bottom and taking up to the original position (i.e. from bottom to top) after completing the repair work if any including checking the serviceability of high mast operating mechanism.

Supply and fix in repair reverse forward switch suitable for existing high mast light tower 15 mtr to 20 Mtr height including taking down old unserviceable reverse forward switch etc all as specified and directed

Supply and fix galvanised steel wire rope 8 mm dia 30 mtr long suitable for existing high mast light tower 15 mtr to 20 Mtr height including taking down old rope all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repair pulley for geared motor after removing old and unserviceable pulley including applying grease and gear oil for making the high mast functional all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair sprocket for geared motor including taking down the old and unserviceable sprocket all as specified and as directed

Supply and pour gear box oil suitable for geared motor after cleanig all geared surface of high mast gear box including draining out of old unusable oil all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repairs bollts,nuts,washers, check nuts etc.suitable for high mast light/ solar lights all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair copper cable of size 10 sqmm 4 core PVC insulated flexible, PVC sheathed 1100 volts including removing unserviceable cable all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs aviation obstruction light LED comprising aluminium housing with poly carbonate enclosure, 302 members LED are provided complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair energy saving rectangular LED flood light fitting 200 Watts, 240 volts AC, cool white colour, CCT 5700°K, CRI>70, THD<10%, system lumens not less than 100lumens/watt with innovative thermal management, available with multiple optics, equipped with IP-66 protection, 5 KV surge protection, aluminium die cast housing, life of luminaires should not be less than 50000 burning hours and suitable for large area lighting including fixing on High mast pole/Buildings/TARMAC poles etc. by means of clamps, nuts, bolts and any other accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair energy saving rectangular LED flood light fitting 250 Watts, 240 volts AC, cool white colour, CCT 5700°K, CRI>70, THD<10%, system lumens not less than 100lumens/watt with innovative thermal management, available with multiple optics, equipped with IP-66 protection, 5 KV surge protection, aluminium die cast housing, life of luminaires should not be less than 50000 burning hours and suitable for large area lighting including fixing on High mast pole/Buildings/TARMAC poles etc. by means of clamps, nuts, bolts and any other accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and pour Battery Electrolyte (Distilled water with acid) once during contract period for solar batteries including checking the batteries all as specified and as directed.

S&F lead coated battery bolts & nuts suitable for solar batteries all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the existing solar battery taking to the workshop for recharging the battery as per manufacturer instructions and bringing to the site and re-fixing the same as directed including testing of batteries for proper function with existing system complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacing the unserviceable batteries of solar street light with maintenance free sealed battery of size 125 AH 12V including taking out old unservicealbe batteries all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair LED Street light fitting 10/12W, DC suitable for solar street light with pressure die cast aluminium housing with heat reristant glass & IP 65 Protection better option for uniform distribution of light & including with all accessories fixing on pole/wall complete with necessary connection and all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rewinding of 3 HP motor by taking to workshop and removing cut/burnt winding and rewinding with suitable size of copper wire and making the motor serviceable including testing complete all as speified and directed.

Preparing of old faded painted surface of 4m/5m long MS tubular pole along with battery & ECU box cover inside & outside etc and painting with two coats of aluminium paint of approval tint colour including writing of pole No same as existing earlier complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Boring of holes under road pavement, hardstanding by trenchless technology using ultrasound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 80mm dia suitable for 0.4mpa working pressure all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix GI tubing light grade 50mm bore in trenches /fixing on pole /wall /crossing in drain etc. for protection of UG cable all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for fabrication of Rectangular box of size 59cmx26cmx45cm made from 3 mm thick GI sheet suitable to accommodate solar battery including locking arrangements, providing support at the bottom and necessary fixing arrangements to fix the box on the pole and applying two coats synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including write pole No as per existing all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix outdoor LED drivers suitable for flood lights 200-250 Watts all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix surge protection devices suitable for flood lights 200-250 watts all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair 'D' Slag Clamp of suitable size for stainless steel rope wire all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair 'U' clamp of suitable size for stainless steel rope wire all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling, shifting and refixing of solar street light pole including fixture i.e solar street light fitting, battery including box from original place to other place within 5 km distance complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : PCC and excavation for re-fixing shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation complete all as directed by Eng-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repair 3 core 2.5 sqmm flexible copper cable all as specified and directed.
