8728 REPAIR REPLACEMENT TO FOOTPATH, HARDSTANDING, DRAIN, BOUNDARY WALL AND ATTENDING EMERGENT DAY TO DAY COMPLAINT OF SEWER NATURE AND ALLIED WORKS IN THE AREA B SOUTH CAMPUS OF AFMC UNDER GE (CENTRAL) PUNE

M&L for attending complaints pertaining to essential cleaning of RCC/Sail-glazed stoneware drain pipes sewage line upto 200mm dia through day to day maintenance by rodding/auger rods/drain pipe machine as required from manhole to manhole including gully trap with and including dewatering of contaminated waste effluent & getting out the sludge if required by using suitable method during cleaning process from any size of manholes & gully traps before & after cleaning process of RCC sewage line and well flushing using clean water through water bowser pipe of any capacity (arranged by the Contractor) and removing the sludge etc to a distance n.exc 250m and burying the same underground by digging pit of suitable size from habitant area and returning & filling with excavated materials upto ground level including removal of surplus soil to a distance n. exc 250m with and including taking off manholes/gully trap covers and re-fixing the same after cleaning process complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The measurement of Each Job will be covered the length between one manhole to another manhole including manholes. The rate quoted against this item shall includes all M&L for and T&P.

M&L for attending complaints pertaining to essential cleaning/taking off of sludge of any state (like solid/semi solid & other similar materials etc) through day to day maintenance from manhole of any size including gully trap having depth upto 4.00m by using machinary or manually as required and removing the same to a distance n.exc 250m and burying the same underground by digging pit of suatible size from habbatient area and returning & filling with excavated materials upto ground level including removal of surplus soil to a distance 250m with and includig taking off manholes/gully trap covers and re-fixing the same after cleaning process complete all as specified and directed. Note : The rate quoted against this item shall includes all M&L for and T&P.

M&L for attending complaints pertaining to essential opening/cleaning of blocked WC of any type, traps and CI/PVC drain pipe including fittings (i.e. access door bends/tee etc) of any size at any position through day to day maintenance with and including taking down of CI/CP/PVC grating and refixing the same at position with appropriate materials/fittings i.e. white cement, solvent, nuts & bolts etc and well flushing, pressure pumping, taking out all residue materials etc and removing the same to distance not exc 250 mtr, burried the same underground by digging pit of suatible size from habbatient area and covering same wrt the earth level including removal of surplus soil to a distance 250m, complete all as specified and directed. Note : The rate quoted against this item shall includes all M&L for and T&P.

Supply and fix in repair factory made SRFC precast RCC manhole cover with suitable size of frame fixed with manhole chamber top in CM 1:3 to receive manhole cover as required round/square/rectangular shape and thickness approx 100mm for heavy duty for manhole/drain cover, edge of manhole cover locked with pre-painted 1mm thick MS sheet complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Size of manhole will be provided to the contractor during execution of work by the Engr-in-Charge as per site requirement).

Supply and fix in repair factory made SRFC precast RCC manhole cover with suitable size of frame fixed with manhole chamber top in CM 1:3 to receive manhole cover as required round/square/rectangular shape and thickness approx 75mm for medium duty for manhole/drain cover, edge of manhole cover locked with pre-painted 1mm thick MS sheet complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Size of manhole will be provided to the contractor during execution of work by the Engr-in-Charge as per site requirement).

Supply and fix in repair factory made SRFC precast RCC manhole cover with suitable size of frame fixed with manhole chamber top in CM 1:3 to receive manhole cover as required round/square/rectangular shape and thickness approx 50mm for medium duty for manhole/drain cover, edge of manhole cover locked with pre-painted 1mm thick MS sheet complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Size of manhole will be provided to the contractor during execution of work by the Engr-in-Charge as per site requirement).

Re-fixing cast iron pipe 75mm bore with all fittings/connections & MS clamps/clips and necessary screwing as reqd in new or old position as fixed with walls with and including taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and directed.

Re-fixing cast iron pipe 100mm bore with all fittings/connections & MS clamps/clips and necessary screwing as reqd in new or old position as fixed with walls with and including taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and directed.
