The PAN Card of the Tenders/Firm should be uploaded

Company Registration Certificate, Full Address and Official Mobile Number should be uploaded

Tenderer should upload the ISO/ISI/BIS Certificate. (Certificate should be in the name of the tenderer/OEM)

Trade License Certificate Required For Services And Office Address Should Be Uploaded

Bidder should Upload the Annual Turnover Certificate of Last three Years 2022-23 to 2024-25 in Which atleast in Two Year the Annual Turnover to be 32.73 Lakhs among last 03 Years.

Biddres Should upload Solvency Certificate/Line of Credit Certificate For 30percent of 9.82 Lakhs of the tender Amount in the prescribed format. (Unconditional credit lines/letter of credit/ Bankercertificates from the Nationalized banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. as per the government notification format (enclosed )

Bidder should Compulsory attended PRE BID MEETING AND Sample Submission To DUDC HAVERI before uploading tender. and received copy should be uploaded in the KPPP-portal

Notary Affidavit Declaration that the bidder has not been blacklisted on stamp paper of value not less than Rs.500.00

Notary Self Attestation regarding Agreed to Terms and Conditions as per bid document on stamp paper of value not less than Rs.500.00
