New Construction work of Agra Jalesar Road and Nagla Natha to Sujanpur Tak Road in District Agra

PART - A (PC WORK) Excavtion for road work in soil with hydraculic excavator of 0.9 cumbucket capacity inculiding cutting and loading intippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and trasporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5m amd lead upto1000 m as per technical Specifcation clause 302.03(Including Supply of Material, Labour and T&P work complete as per direction of E-in-C. Including all taxes but excluding GST.)

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5(Including Supply of Material, Labour and T&P work complete as per direction of E-in-C. Including all taxes but excluding GST.)

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from availble land as permitted and approved by Engineer-in-Charge and as per Technical Specitaion Clause 301.3.4.1. with all lifts and leads,1000M spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1and 300.2 as per Technical Specification clause 301.5(Including Supply of Material, Labour and T&P work complete as per direction of E-in-C. Including all taxes but excluding GST.)

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site. spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1.(Including Supply of Material, Labour and T&P work complete as per direction of E-in-C. Including all taxes but excluding GST.)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401. including 2% cement (OPC) & its Mixing with Rotavater.(Including Supply of Material, Labour and T&P work complete as per direction of E-in-C. Including all taxes but excluding GST.)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per technical specification Clause 405 including 4% cement (OPC) & its Mixing with Rotavater.(Including Supply of Material, Labour and T&P work complete as per direction of E-in-C. Including all taxes but excluding GST.)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 grade using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer and cleaned with hydralic broom as per technical specification clause 503.(Including Supply of Material, Labour and T&P work complete as per direction of E-in-C. Including all taxes but excluding GST.)

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix carpet of 20 mm Average thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using VG-10 grade Bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a HMP, laying with Paver finisher and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades.(Including Supply of Material, Labour and T&P work complete as per direction of E-in-C. Including all taxes but excluding GST.)

Providing and laying seal coat by mechanical means with VG-10 grade bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminious surface laid to the specified levels grades and cross fall using Type C as per technical specification Clause 510.(Including Supply of Material, Labour and T&P work complete as per direction of E-in-C. Including all taxes but excluding GST.)

PART - B (CULVERT WORK) Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of a regular pits not exceeding 0.50m in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5 m lift and 30m lead. The earth in form of cutting (b) to be used as spoil banks within 50m distance as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
