REPAIR/ MAINT OF VARIOUS B VEHCILES HELD AT GE (AF) AWANTIPUR

Periodical Servicing of Tata Mobile/Tata Yodha/Tata 207/Mahindra Bolero Camper at interval of Six Months or as per manufacturer's instructions including general maintenance of wheel and brake system after opening and taking out all four drums from wheel and taking out old unserviceable wheel bearing from front and rear wheels, greasing wheel hubs complete, including drain out old brake oil, Gear oil, Engine oil, coolant .etc. re-assembling of wheels and testing the brake system including balancing on computer machine and wheel alignment of Tata Mobile vehicle complete for smooth functioning of vehicle on road complete all as specified and directed . Note:-Spare parts which ever is required will be measured and paid separately.

Labour only for repair to clutch system of Tata Mobile/Tata Yodha/Mahindra Bolero Camper veh as per manufacture instruction completely and testing complete all as specified and directed . Note:-Spare parts which ever is required will be measured and paid separately.

Labour only for repair to gear box & differential of Tata Mobile/Tata Yodha/Mahindra Bolero Camper Veh as per manufacture instruction complete all as specified and directed . Note:-Spare parts which ever is required will be measured and paid separately.

Labour only for repair to steering system of Vehicle Tata Mobile/Tata Yodha/Mahindra Bolero Camper as per manufacture instruction and testing complete all as specified and directed . Note:-Spare Parts which ever is required will be measured and paid separately.

Labour only for repair to suspension system of Tata Mobile/Tata Yodha/Mahindra Bolero Camper Veh complete as per manufacture instruction , repair/overhauling including cleaning/greasing of leaf springs, providing required tension in leaf and re-assembling & re-fixing in existing position after repair and testing complete all as specified and directed . Note:-Spare Parts which ever is required will be measured and paid separately.

Labour only for repairs of Self Starter Assy of Tata Mobile/Tata Yodha/Mahindra Bolero Camper after replacing the unserviceable parts and refixing after repair complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for checking of all electrical system and wiring of Tata Mobile/Tata Yodha/Mahindra Bolero Camper and replacement of all unserviceable electrical wiring including connectors, broken joints and burnt wire/leads and testing etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for taking down and refixing after cleaning of the radiator of Tata Mobile/Tata Yodha/Mahindra Bolero Camper Veh including repair & soldering leakage of tubes and testing after repairs complete all as specified and directed

M&L for repair to silencer assy from Veh Tata Mobile/Tata Yodha/Mahindra Bolero Camper and carryout cleaning including welding and cleaning including change of unserviceable nuts, bolts, clamp & washer as required etc complete all as specified and directed

Labour only for repair of Alternator of Tata Mobile/Tata Yodha/Mahindra Bolero Camper and replacement of all unserviceable parts such as Cut out, Seal, Slip ring etc complete all as specified and directed.
