Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m

Construction of granular sub-base by providing closegraded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specificatin Clause 4.01 (401B).

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with garader in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. for proper completion of the work as per MORT & H specifications Sr No. 4.14 (406 (B)).

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate (WMM) after mixing with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixded material by tipper to site, laying with 1% OPC cement and 3.5% Emulsion in uniform single layer on sub base/subgrade and compacting with the road roller to achive the desired density.

Providing & applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom including cost of all types of materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per MORT&H Specifications No 5.2(503). For B.C.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc.. disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. DAR 16.83

Laying old cement cocrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost). DAR 16.84

Earthwork in excavation of Foundation of Structure as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, deressing of sides and bottom and backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilising the remaining earth locally for road work.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 mix with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed,placed in Foundationand compacted by vibration, curing for 14 days. As per MORTH 5th Revision Specifications Clause 409 Sr. no-9.1..

(RCC M-20) Reinforced Cement Concrete in Wall etc complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications.

Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. PCC Grade M15 (1:2:4)

Supplying, Fitting and Placing un- coated HYSD bar Rainforced cement in Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specification.

Supplying & Fixing PVC pipe for bridge work of pressure 6 kg/cm² of 100mm internal dia including cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per item no. 24, ch. 1 of PWD S.O.R.(for weep hole)

Providing and applying 2 coats of water based cement paint to unplastered concrete surface after cleaning the surface of dirt, dust, oil, grease, efflorescence and applying paint @ of 1 litre for 2 sqm.

Dewatering from 10 H.P. Pump (SOR 61001)
