Taking down defective Turbo Charger Assembly duly disconnecting the mechanical and electrical connections from for the DG sets of capacity above 200 KVA to 400 KVA, opening and thoroughly checking to carry out repairs complete to the Turbo Charger Kit including spares as required at site and reassembling and refixing the turbo charger assembly to its original position and reconnecting the same including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Draining out the fuel from the fuel tank of DG set of any size/capacity and keeping it in separate container safely, disconnecting all the fuel lines and other mechanical connections and taking out the fuel tank for cleaning, internally and externally by removing all the accumulated dirt/ sediment, leak testing the tank and welding/ brazing including one coat of synthetic enamel paint, refixing the tank in its original position, replacing the drain plug and PVC pipe, calibrating the fuel tank, refilling the drained out fuel back into the tank and marking of liters in gauge and provision of locking arrangements ccomplete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling of fuel injection pump overhauling, repairing and replacement of worn out parts of FIP, calibration and testing of fuel pump uptp 250 KVA DG set and testing on test bench and adjustment of injectors and setting of fuel pressure as per manufacturer instructions, complete all as directed.

Dismantling of fuel injection pump overhauling, repairing and replacement of worn out parts of FIP, calibration and testing of fuel pump above 250 KVA to 400 KVA DG set and testing on test bench and adjustment of injectors and setting of fuel pressure as per manufacturer instructions, complete all as directed.

Disconnecting the engine from alternator of DG set above 125 KVA to 250 KVA capacity including disconnecting all electrical connections, dis-assembling the alternator to carry out the rewinding of armature and rewinding of field coils, including transportation of alternator to workshop and bringing back to site for re-assembling after repairs, re-installation at site and reconnecting alternator with engine including testing on load complete all as directed.

Disconnecting the engine from alternator of DG set above 250 KVA and upto 400 KVA capacity after disconnecting all electrical connections including dis-assembling the alternator to carry out the rewinding of armature and rewinding of field coils, including transportation of alternator to workshop and bringing back to site for re-assembling after repairs, re-installation at site and reconnecting alternator with engine including testing on load complete all as directed.

Taking down burnt cable and Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE cable insulated, armoured, earthed, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor , 1100 Volt grade, cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3.5 core including necessary cable lugs, glands, insulation tape etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down burnt cable and Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE cable insulated, armoured, earthed, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor , 1100 Volt grade, cross sectional area 120 sqmm 3.5 core including necessary cable lugs, glands, insulation tape etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for laying cable including getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specifed .

Removing surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed .

Brick protection to cable with one layer of sub class 'B' brick, old size,brick covering laid dry, flat, tranversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning with equal to the length of brick, complete all as specified and directed.

Sand cushioning to under ground cable, 8 cms thick before laying the cable and 15 cms thick after laying and stretching the cable in trenches including hand punning and consolidating, punned to 18cm thickness, complete all as specified and directed. Note : For payment purpose, only punned thickness shall be measured.

Replacement of battery 12/24 Volt, 180AH alongwith battery lead terminal and cut out arrangement, complete all as specified and directed. Make: Exide/Amaron/Standard/Microtek.
