Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as10 sqm on plan including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50 meter and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge in all kinds of soil complete incl all costs and carriages upto site of work complete job

Providing and Laying Nallah muck/RBM in 15cm layers incl ramming, dressing, spreading to template, watering and consolidation with PRR of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve Maximun Dry Density complete incl all costs and carriages upto site of work complete job

Supply, Stacking, Laying, spreading and compacting 75 mm thick graded stone aggregate of size range 63-45 mm size including screening of size range 13.20 mm, supply and stacking of binding material that is Khak Bajree including laying Water Bound Macadam, with specified stone aggregate / stone screening / binding material, including sorting and consolidation with power road roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding material to fill up the interstices, watering and compacting to the required density, including cost and carriage of materials to site of work, with all leads, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, haulage, and octori taxes. (Finished work to be measured complete) as per Clause 405 of MOST Specifications. (Graded Crushed Stone aggregate)

WET MIX MACADAM: (75mm thick) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone agg. to wet mix macadam specifications incl. preparing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, laying in uniform layers with paver in base course on all prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the required grade and camber incl. cost and carriage of all involved materials to site of work complete crushed metal got from broken quarry metal. Grading 45mm to 22.4mm=30%, 22.4 mm to 2.36mm=40%, 2.36mm to 75 Microns=30%. as per technical specification of clause 406 of MORTH Specifications (75mm compacted thickness)

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG-10 incl. heating the bitumen with spraying the bitumen with mechnically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preapring the existing road surface to remove all dirt, dust , mud etc and finally booming the surface as per required specification incl all costs and carriages complete on WBM surface @ 0.75 kg/sqm

Providing and laying 50 mm thick Premix bituminous macadam base course with stone agg. of quality size and grading as specified in CPWD/MORTH specification and straight run bitumen of grade VG-10 @ 3.5% by weight of total mix incl. hot mixing of stone agg. and bitumen in hot mix plant, transporting mixed material and laying with paver finisher to the required level and grade, rolling with road roller of 8-10 tonne capacity to achieve the required compaction and density ( 50 mm compacted thickness) incl.all taxes, cost and carriage of all materials involved. including bitumen octroi charges, quality control carriage etc complete.

Providing and laying 25mm thick semi dense asphaltic base course using mineral aggregate satisfying the gradation set out in specifications with 5 percent binder content (By weight of total mix) bitumen of grade VG-10 @ 2.88 kg per sqm with the aid of hot mix plant and paver finisher including rolling with road roller of 8-10 tonne capacity to achieve required compaction and density including all taxes, cost & carriage of materials involved, T&P and all allied machinery / labour for testing charge for quality control during execution and after execution of work.

Providing and laying 6mm thick seal coat of premixed fine aggregate (passing 2.36mm and retained on 180 micron sieve) with bitumen using 128kg of bitumen of grade VG-10 bitumen per cum of fine aggregate (0.768 kg of bitumen per sqm) and 0.60cum of fine aggregate per 100 sqm of road surface including rolling and finishing complete including all taxes, cost and carriage of materials involved.
