QUOTATION FOR JOB WORK ORDER FOR ELECTRICAL ENERGY AND SAFETY AUDIT OF CERTAIN ILP/KLP UNIT AT SURATGARH

A team comprising of one pickup van (with driver), two technicians, one safety Officer/one Engineer to carry out this job. The team will carry their own tools, ladder and measuring erquipments alongwith their PPEs. The team will be guided to necessary locations within premises of Suratgarh Mil Stn with geographical extent upto 10 Kms, necessary permits will be granted. 1.1) The various buildings of different Units in ILP & KLP area at Military Station Suratgarh will be inspected over a period of maximum 60 days including Sunday and holidays. The Inspection will include the following:- (i) Physical inspection of all the Block/Building in respect of DB, earthing etc. (ii) Physical checking of Building "Earthing" and measurement of electrical values whereever possible/available. (iii) Checking of LT distribution network from transformer LT bushing/piller box for damages, insulation damage and earthing values. (iv) LT protection used and its present condition both at transformer end and building end. (v) An inspection report jointly verified by tour officer within a one month , indicating the present condition of all the electrical equipment and suggestion that are required to be done to improve on electrical safety will be submitted. Report will include supporting photographs and other electrical parameter values taken during servey. (vi) Report shall be submitted as per following check list.

(a) Temporary Building, store, living accommodation & Shelter, offices, otherl Building blocks.

(B) Electrical Energy of safety audit check list for each Bldgs at Suratgarh Mil Stn (i) Earthing Testing (ii) Proper Neutral Connectivity. (iii) Insulation tetsing report. (iv) MCB SP/MCB SPN/MCCB working test report for standard voltage. (v) Volatge testing report phase wise 230/240. (vi) All Electrical connection from Transformer to LT Panel, and further to Bldg DB shall be tested with respect to load, Insulation resistence & connectivity. (vii) Are all electrical fuse/junction boxes in the bldg securely fixed, closed and undamaged? (viii) Are fuses / circuit breakers and other electrical devices correcrtly rated for the curcuit they protect? (ix) Is access to fuse boxes prevented and the key held by a responsible person? (x) Are main switches readily accessible and clearly indetified, with all responsible users knowing how to use them in an emergency? (xi) Are there any cable or wires without proper casing found in the bldgs? (xii) Are any electrical wires improperly spliced or taped? (xiii) Is electrical equipment properly grounded to prevent electrocution or fire? (xiv) Are any electrical wire found in damp areas or standing water? (xv) Are any electrical wires obstructing aisles or passageways? (xvi) Are all visible electrical wires securely fixed? (xvii) Any other pt required during Inspection/testing as directed by Engr-inCharge.

(C) Survey for safety audit of 33/11KV Sub station Carryout Survey for safety audit of 05 Nos 33/11KV Transformer 14.2 MVA each and 11 Nos 11KV feeders with hourly reading for the parameters as given below for continuous 02 Hrs with following parameters (i) Voltage and Current for all three phases (ii) Power Factor (iii) KVA (iv) KW (v) KVAR (vi) Active (KWH) (vii) Apparent (KVAH) (viii) KVARH Afely servey of 33/11KV Transformer shall be done at 33KV as well as all 11KV feeders emanating from MRS by help of existing metering devices if found nonfunctional than permission for shut down to install new meter for reading and data including CTs and PTs and digital hourly data will be ported out from metering system clearly indicating the maximum, minimum and average value for 24 hour cycle. Checking the strength of primary/secondary aspects, insulation level, power efficiency and power factor.
