Scope of Work: Scope of Work:Offloading of different maintenance and repair work of 05 nos. IDM70E & 04 nos. DMH-311 model drill machines for a period of Two year (730 days) at Drill Section, Nigahi Project as per scope of work mentioned as follows – 1. Daily maintenance: Daily checking and maintenance work of running Drill Fleet has to be performed. 2. Periodic maintenance: All types of mechanical and Electrical Periodic/Schedule maintenance work have to be performed as per maintenance schedule. (a) For Electrical maintenance and rectification work, deployed skilled Electrician should have HT Licence holder. The Electrical Licence will be verified by Drill Section In charge before award of work. (b) For Mechanical maintenance and rectification work, deployed skilled Fitter and Welder should have atleast ITI competency certificate. The ITI certificate will be verified by Drill Section Incharge before award of work. 3. Unscheduled / Breakdown maintenance/ Running breakdown maintenance – Corrective maintenance or breakdown maintenance would include rectification of all type of breakdowns occurring in Drill Fleet of DMH311 and IDM70E model. 4. Tools and tackles and safety gadgets: Contractor has to provide tools, tackles to their workmen engaged for maintenance and repair activities work. Contractor has also to provide all safety gadgets as per mines rule to the manpower engaged in the contract. Firm will also ensure safety of manpower and equipment on their own cost. 5. Unscheduled / Breakdown maintenance/ Running breakdown maintenance – Corrective maintenance or breakdown maintenance would include rectification of all type of breakdowns occurring in machine. 6. Minimum 06 nos. Skilled fitter having atleast ITI competency certificate, 04 nos. Skilled Welder having atleast ITI competency certificate, 03 nos. Skilled Electrician having Valid HT Electrical Licence and 07 nos. Semi-skilled manpower, are to be provided per day by the contractor for above said work , If the minimum required manpower as specified above is not provided by the contractor, proportionate payment shall be deducted accordingly per day.

Labour consisting of minimum 03 No Skilled Electrician having Valid HT Electrical Licence ( 1 No. first shift , 01 no. General shift , 01 No. second shift )
