Renovation and modernization of Conference hall of MARKFED Odisha at Bhubaneswar

Removing old cement plaster from wall including racking out joints 12mm deep & removing the debris with in 50mt lead.

Dismantling and removing Doors, windows and ventilators including removal of frames, hinges fastering and stacking the same for reuse & removing the debris with in 50mt lead etc.

Dismantaling of ceiling plaster in roof and removing the debries from work site etc complete.

Dismantling and removing the old ply wall panelling & removing the debris with in 50mt lead etc. (MR)

12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) on brick work including all cost conveyance royalty & taxes etc. comp.

Supplying, fitting, fixing of Aluminum door with OEL anodized Al. door section of 9202 as vertical member and, 9201as top member and 9200 as bottom & middle mamber and 5 mm plain glass in top portion with 9 mm thick pre laminated board in bottom portion fixed on door frame by means of tapered clip No. 4660 and the frame to be completed by means of jointing angle no. 1855 including all cost of labour, T&P, hire charges of drilling machine, etc. complete as per direction of EIC.

Supplying, fitting, fixing up window (sliding type) made up aluminium section 9778 as windows frame, section No 4095,4096 and 9777,3994 as shutter frame with 5mm thick black glass as penal fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangement including all fitting, cost of materials all taxes etc. complete as per direction of EIC.

Supplying, fitting & fixing vetrifed tile in floors of size 600mm x 600mm of approved make conforming to IS: 13755 with application of polymer modified quick set cement based water resistant adhesive conforming to IS:15477 of 3mm thick bed of filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc required for the work all complete as per direction of EIC.Data for 10 sqm, vide page - 235 of A/R - 2006, item - 1,in other building items chapter.

Providing and fixing conference table o type of 36'long, 6' wide & 3' ht with bottom partition and 4" bottom base made up of fire retardant ply board and block board of Century/Archid/ Greenply /sonear make, exposed member as per drawing to be finished with 1mm thick laminate of approved make (Marino/Greenlam/Hidesign) and shade and design. including all fittings & fixtures complete as direction of Engineer in-charge.

Providing & fixing gyp board suspended false ceiling with 12.5mm thick MR Ultra Gyp board (Single Layer/ with tray) Gyproc make with drop ceiling as per approved design with cove light provision for different spaces as per the requirement with G.I. framework (Gyp steel) of perimeter channels, intermediate, channels and ceiling sections) and 12.5mm taped edge gyp board (MR) screw fixed to ceiling section as per design, complete including all cost of materials, labour, overheads T&P etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer in-charge.
