Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-incharge. All kinds of soil.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Extra for every additional lift of 1.5 m or part thereof in excavation / banking excavated or stacked materials. All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. All works upto plinth level. Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 330 kg /cum.

Add for using extra cement in the items of design mix over and above the specified cement content therein.

Providing and fixing bolts including nuts and washers complete.

Providing, Fabricating, Assembling, painting, hoisting, erecting and placing in position MS Built-up section/Tubular Structure ( MS built-up section :-Rolled section & plates confirming to IS 2062 minimum required grade E250,Tubular Structure:- made from Steel hollow sections, ISI marked from SAIL / RINL / TATA/JINDAL/APPOLO, conforming to IS 1161/4923, minimum required Grade YST 310, in the profile shape as per drawings with special plate connector, pinion joints, Plates, hollow sections etc. using water jet 3-D cutting system for obtaining smooth 3-dimensional curvature, SAW/MMAW/MIG welding process with special plate connectors, pinion joints, plates, hollow sections to all heights, tools and plants and necessary scaffoldings etc. required for all operations involved. The structural members shall be painted with 350 DFT anticorrosive protection coating using Primer cum MIO of approved make with two coat of Epoxy Primer cum MIO 125 microns (each coat) thick and final coat of polyurethane paint 100 microns thick (to be applied in 2 coats). Up to all heights including preparation of the surface by copper slag blasting before application of primer/paint as per SA2.5 standards. The item shall be executed as per approved drawings, Particular Specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge complete.

Providing, fabricating, assembling and erection of Tensile Fabric Roof along with Mehler Texnologies Valmex Type-III Mehatop N or Serge Ferrari TX30 Type-III fabrics or equivalent having weight of 1000 g/sqm with flame retardant as per particular specification. PVDF lacquer on both sides. Colour of the fabric should be white, Conditional Warranty of 20 years on the fabric, over steel frames with all fittings and fixtures such as Galvanised MS Membrane/ End Plate, Shackles, Rigging Screws, Turnbuckles, swedge, fork, keder rods & galvanized MS strands/ cables with stainless steel end terminals complete as per Drawing/ Detail & as per specifications and as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge. (Rate includes shop drawings for foundation, structural steel, canopy, cost of fabric including forming, cutting, fabrication, hot weld stich of fabric, transport to the site, assembling and installation with GI cables, hardware, Aluminium flat, EPDM gasket and required accessories wherever required complete including lifts up to all heights, tools and plants, and necessary scaffolding etc. required for all operations in all respect). Supporting structural steel frame and RCC foundation shall be paid separately. (Note: Actual Plan area of canopy shall only be measured for payment).

Vetting of structural design and drawings for Tensioned Membrane Structure from IIT/NIT/Any Government Engineering College etc. to make "Good For Construction" drawings including MS pipe/structure and RCC foundation for the Tensile Canopy including submission of 02 sets of drawings, design and Technical Specifications etc., inclusive of all payment to IIT/NIT/Any Government Engineering College etc. for vetting all complete as direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
