Disassembling of pole mounted outdoor type 3phase, 63 KVA , 11/0.440 KV H.T Transformer from the two pole structure and H.T Circuit, loading into tata mobile then shifting it to workshop for conducting repairs, unloading the transformer by using channels and skillid/ semi- skilled labours and then back to the site of work by TATA Mobile. The job includes installation of H.T Transformer on transformer bed on channels of two pole structure . The job also includes testing of H.T Transformer at full load.
Disassembling of transformer for assessing the nature of fault and damages. the job includes opening of top cover and removal of damaged coils.
Complete rewinding of H.T Coils as per norms and required specification. (coils prefabricated as per relevant IE- Specification). The job further includes cost on account of old /scrap winding material
Extraction of moisture from the core by way of heat treatment of the same in electric oven at least for 24 hrs.
Re- tapping of all connection leads and P/F of sleeves to H.T/L.T connections
Fabrication , P/F of top lid gasket to the transformer including replacement of nuts and bolts- 1 kg and fitting of whole assembly into the transformer tank.
Filtration of existing T- oil upto desired strength and specifications.
Providing and filling of fresh T- Oil of appropriate strength and specifications.
