Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches,pillars, rtc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles built in cement mortar.

Demoition Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level).

Dismantling Fencing wire mesh, any type.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, incl taking out embedded any position and making good disturbed in ground or PCC.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil.

M&L Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and blinded with earth and rammed incl watering.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filing and mass concrete

M&L for RCC M-30 design mix with using 20mm graded stone agg as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete.

M&L for RCC M-30 design mix with using 20mm graded stone agg as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts.

M&L for RCC M-30 design mix with using 20mm graded stone agg as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span.slabs etc

Formwork to sides of rough finished flat surfaces of concrete pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns, and stanchions fair finished surfaces of concrete in square, rectangular etc all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides of rough finished surface of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter rough finished surfaces of concrete etc all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides and soffits of rough finish surfaces of concrete floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams fair finished surfaces of concrete etc all as specified and directed.

M&L MS TMT bars 10 mm and above, cut to length ,bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips as in reinforcement

All as per Sl Item No. 17 above but 5 mm dia and over upto and incl 10 mm dia in stirrus, spaces, and binders.

M&L for flyash bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 etc complete all as specified

All as per Sl Item No 19 above but except bricks.

S&F mild steel work, Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc.. n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 (Brackets over 10 kg each to be measured under 'Structural Steel' complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed

M&L Providing and fixing concertina spirsl coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600mm dia and 6 m max openable length, upto 3 m height of wall with angle iron Y shaped with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, incl necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of EIC, with reinforced barbed wire tape (RBT)/spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of tensile strength of 165 kg /sqmm with tape (0.52mm thick) and weight 43.47gm/m. Note : Angle iron and barbered wire shall be measured and paid separately.

Providing precast reinforced cement concrete type B1 1:2 :4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, stuts etc. for fencing, average sectional area exe 100 and n exc 250 sq.cm with or without chamfered angle and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops incl necessary formwork.

S&F Mild steel hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for hand-rail straight portion. Drilled and countersunk for balusters, running bars, for doors, balusters nosing to steps including in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts: posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling, holes notching for wire, etc: flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc, and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both end each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 10 cm but n exc 15 cm long of 5 to 10 mm dia of neck.

S&F PVC coated MS galvanised chain link fencing of 2.00 mm dia GI wire and outer dia 3 mm mesh size 75 x 75 mm (including thickness of PVC coating) approved quality all as specified.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire.

M&L Providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stop, rounded or champered on edges as in coping including necessary formwork complete all as directed.

Removing excavated material n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point for soils

Returning, filling in, includingspreading, levelling, ateringand well ramming in layersnot exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, not exc 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of steel or iron surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

M&L 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement on walls.

M/L for two coats of cemet based paint over a coat of primer including preparation of new plaster surfaces.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in landing cover slab, chull huds similar works etc complete all as specified.

M&L Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), 75 mm thick as in sub base.

M&L Cement concrete work in pavement /hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimeter in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less laid in panels complete all as directed.

Forming contraction Dummy joint 65mm deep and 10 mm wide with filling sealing compound grade A, as in 100 mm thick concrete slab.

Forming Construction joint 30 mm deep 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound.
