Material and labour for cutting & taking out the existingsurface/sunken box/switch plate with switches/ sockets of 3 module and re-fixing with new 3 module metal sunken box with cover plate and frame suitable for modular switches/sockets/regulators etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The disturbed surfaces of wall for concealing box wiring shall be made good by applying cement plaster, putty and colour wash etc matching with the existing surfaces. The rate shall be deemed to include the cost of making good. Switches, sockets, regulators etc to be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth for laying of cables, poles, stay and getting out of excavated material, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, by using excavated soil in trenches after the cables have been laid and tested ,complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50m and deposited where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point ,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Double wall Corrugated High Density Polymer Ethylene (HDPE) pipe For laying of Electric cable of size 50mm outer diameter and 38 mm inner diameter with IS 16205 (Part 24) 1: 2018 laid in trenches, wall, floor, pole including bends, sockets and other connected accessories, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Laying in trenches or fixing in walls / poles or drawing through pipe XLPE insulated, screened ,PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables ( heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts, grade cross sectional area 10 sq mm, 4 core including testing after laid and jointed with lugs, nuts, bolts, washers ,complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work, cable protection shall be measured and paid separetely.

Supply and fix LED light fittings IP65 rated Inverted Pyramid Tripod type LED Bollard with soft 360 degree light distribution 9W, 230V, 50Hz complete in suitable PCC 1:2:4 block as directed alongwith suitable connectors to connect with 10 sqmm X 4 core cable having protection from water and soil including taking down old fittings complete all as specified and direceted.

Supply and fix LED flood light luminaires of capcity 70 watts with pressure die cast aluminium housing heat resistance toughened glass, IP 66 protection complete with driver, with suitable size flat Iron clamps, nuts, bolts, washers and fixing accessories including taking down old unserviceable fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix LED post top light fitting 20W with all fixing accessories fitted on pillar or poles including taking down old unserviceable fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour MS work such as fan hook angle / FI clamp, MS pipe, nuts, bolts, washers, of any size as directed including welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape and size etc including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparing the surfaces complete all as specified and directed

Disconnect and insulate electric supply wire and taking down carefully ceiling fans of any make and sweep, dismantling blades, check for repairs required and hanging the same after carrying out repairs and connecting the complete with and including provision of copper conductor 3 core PVC insulated and sheathed from ceiling rose to fan connector and testing , writing of MES No complete all as specified and directed Note : (i) Repairs/ Replacement of spares shall be measured out under relevant items. (ii) The fan shall be fitted with new set of clamps rubber shackle split pins and top and bottom nut bolts etc.

Opening up of fan motor of ceiling/Exhaust/ wall/cabin fans cleaning starter , rotor, cleaning of all parts, greasing , oiling of bush and bearing re-assembling and testing for smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for taking down burnt/damaged winding, cleaning stator and rotor including slots etc, rewinding with suitable gauge of super enameled copper insulated wire for ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix bearing of replacement for ceiling fan 1200mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix gun metal bush for ceiling fan 1200mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for replacement of condenser AC 230 Volt 2.5 MFD complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for taking down, dusting / cleaning ceiling fans of any type complete and including spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and re-fixing after making the same functional complete all as specified and as directed.

NOTE:- SCHEDULE OF CREDIT (Amount on page no.35 shall be deducted offline from the total quoted amount to arrive at the net contract sum to be considered for acceptance.) [(-) Rs.7310.00]
