Material and Labour for One coat of painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on bituminous/concrete surfaces exceeding 10cm width, with Machine (Air/Airless spray applications as per IS 164) with "APCOTRACK IS of Asian paints/Berger Guideline RM 164 Paint". Colour of Water base paint will be White, Golden yellow, Deep orange, PO Red and Black, as per the requirement in Air field including the preparation of surfaces and including scrapping of existing all loose particles complete all as specified and directed . Note : Coverage area of Paint will be 6.00 Sqm/Ltr. Specification of the machine is as under :- Graco line lazer 5900 with 2 guns and the maximum GPM(LPM) : 1.60 (6.0), PSI (Bar) : 3300 (227), Enghine cc (hp) : 160(5.5) and maximum Tip Size : 0.043 or Graco line lazer 200HS with 2 guns and the maximum GPM(LPM) : 2.15 (8.14), PSI (Bar) : 3300 (227), Enghine cc (hp) : 200(6.5) and maximum Tip Size : 0.047 or the Machine from Wagner company with same specifications.

Description all as per item no 1 here-in-before but one coat of Superior Paint of make of Apcotrack/Fast track of Air spray applications to obtain WFT 375 microns including the application of high index glass beads @ 500 grams per Sqm (TTB 1325 type III and having refractive index 1.9) of potters make or equivalent) . The painting shall be done for the existing Taxiway/Dispersal markings exceeding 10 cm width, as per the recommended dimensions as per the directions of Engr-in-Charge including the preparation of surfaces and scrapping of existing all loose particles complete all as specified and directed .

M&L one coat of synthetic enamel paint on brick/stone/concrete/AC sheet/ plastered/ wooden surface etc of any description not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of old /previously treated surface complete all as specified and directed

Description all as per item No 5 here-in-befor but on steel or iron surfaces complete all as specified and directed

M&L cleaning down the old treated surface of under/over shoot area of runway to remove dust, dirt by wire brushes and brooming down the surface, cleaning with water and applying evenly one coat of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for commercial grade reflective sheeting with pressure sensitive adhesive provides clear visual information in low light and poor weather of any width and colour in white, red or yellow as in DTGM board/sign board complete all as specified and directed. (Make: 3M/Roadstar or equivalant as approved by GE)
