Dismantling the alternator of 160 KVA to 320 KVA DG sets from coupling and opening the stator & rotor including cleaning of dust from windings for proper ventilation, renewal of carbon brushes with brush holder and assembling the rotor & stator complete including applying suitable greasing & oil off bearing & moving parts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply of cotton waste for cleaning of DG set and installation complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling / taking down the governor and injector assembly including all connected parts from DG set 75 KVA to 625 KVA and over hauling calibration of injector assembly,fuel supply system,electronic governor etc(through authorised dealor of O.E.M) complete including renewal of wornout parts such as copper gasket, injector nozzle to maintain the desired fuel supply and provide fluctuation free output complete all as specified and directed.
