Supplying and Installation of 122.0mm thick Gypwall Classic partition consist of GypSerraTM (“Patented in India (325062)”) Metal framework partition having maximum reachable height of 4600mm satisfying L/240 criterion at 200Pa, possessing fire rating of 60mins, tested in accordance to BS-476 Part 20 & 22 & sound insulation (Rw) of 50dB, tested in accordance to ISO 10140-2/ASTM E90 & spectrum adaption term as per ISO 717-1, having U-value of 0.39W/m2K & Severe duty rating as per BS 5234 part 2. Partition comprises of double layer, tapered edge Gypsum Board, certified GreenPro by CII & strategic location of manufacturing plants results in lower carbon emissions.

Partition includes inner layer of 12mm BWR ply / 12.5mm thick Gypboard®Plain ISI marked, conforming to IS 2095 Part 1:2011, having flexural strength – {Longitudinal > 500N & transverse > 180N} & outer layer of 12mm BWR ply / 12.5mm thick Gyproc®Fireline conforming to IS 2095 PART1 :2011 / EN520:2004 - TYPE-F, ASTM C1396- TYPE X, having flexural strength – {Longitudinal > 550N & transverse > 210N} on either side of the framing.

GypSerraTM Metal frame work, designed in compliance with BS EN 14195 & manufactured using CR1 Grade Steel as per IS 513, having yield stress of 300MPa & tensile strength of 340MPa with surface finish of AZ150 as per IS 15961/AS 1397 & tested for 500hrs of salt spray test as per ASTM B117, includes 70x34x36x0.5mm GypSerraTM C-Stud with lip of 6.5mm and H-cutout on web enabling the services to pass, having moment of inertia 61909mm4 about major axis, positioned at 610mm c/c in 72x32x32x0.5mm GypSerraTM Floor Channel & 72x32x32x0.5mm GypSerraTM Ceiling Channel with flanges bend at 5° acute angle.

Floor & Ceiling Channel is anchored with Gyproc® Rawl plug Ø8x45mm having Pull Out strength of 6.8KN or Nail**, fixed at 600mm c/c in zig zag manner. 70x40x40x0.5mm GypSerraTM Noggin Channel to be placed between the studs, behind the horizontal board joint. Gypboard®Plain Board strip is placed between Ceiling Channel and soffit when fire rating is more than 30mins. Inner & Outer layer of Gyproc® Boards to be Screw fixed with Gyproc®Drywall Screw of 25mm with 12nos per m2 & 35mm with 24nos per m2 at spacing of 600mm & 300mm respectively.

Note: 1. The junction of the partition with masonry and all penetration through the partition has to be treated with Hilti/Pyroplex acoustic sealant. 2.Vendor has to submit detail specifications with shop drawing for approval. 3. No Deductions for the horizontal service penetrations. 4. Deductions to be considered for Doors and Windows. 5. Control Joint has to be provided at every 10 Mtr. c/c. along the length of wall. 6. Necessary GI stud backing to be provided for handing the soft board / white board panels.

7. Thickness of partition, size of stud and channel to be as listed below 8. The supplier / manufacturer should submit a guarantee certificate for required acoustic performance and stability. 9. The supplier / manufacturer should inspect the site to ensure that the executed works are adhered to the specification and should submit a guarantee certificate for required acoustic rating. 10. Mineral wool or polyester wadding will be paid separately under respective items.

Rate to include providing GI angle bead at all L-Junctions of partition, Nogging channels at the horizontal joints of each boards, GI stop beads around the door openings, providing necessary GI sections backing / Cutting for switches and sockets, additional supports near the openings, wood inserts for fixing joinery, necessary sound deadening membrane to achieve the required acoustics etc., Quoted rate to be inclusive of all the works mentioned above with standard drywall partitions accessories. Actual laid area from floor to true ceiling will be measured and paid. Working at all levels and heights and as directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

With 72mm floor and ceiling channels and 70mm C stud placed 610mm c/c to a maximum height of 5 meters

Providing and fixing of 50mm Glasswool of density 20kg/m3 shall be placed in Metal framework with the help of holding Clip. Edges& joints to be finished with Gyproc® Pro-Fill JC conforming to ASTM C475 & Gyproc®Paper tape. Periphery& cut-outs of the partition to be treated with suitable Fire & Acoustic Sealant. All the performance test are carried out at NABL accredited/ government approved lab.

Providing and fixing of Anodized Aluminum skirting with 100mm height over partition, columns and masonry / rcc walls with all accessories. The screws anchored should be recessed and covered with gaskets. Rate should include Covers at corners & ends, screws, wall chipping, plastering, punning., complete at all levels and heights and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Supply and painting of two coats of Acrylic emulsion paint of approved shade and colour over one coat of DCP Primer including one coat of Acrylic Wall Putty with DCP Primer. Rate including all brush, roller, ladder, scrapping, washing, materials, labour charges, wastages , cleaning, necessary lead and lifts, scaffolding, stagging, working at all levels, elevations, transportaion charges, loading, unloading, curing, sanding, touchup putty, surface thoroughly cleaned and wetted before painting as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(Internal surface)

Supplying , fabricating and fixing in position Aluminium Anodised natural colour mat finish Two/Three track sliding window in all floors with Aluminium sections of outer Frame bottom 62x37mmx1.50mm at 1.218 kg/m,the Side & Top 62x31.50x1.50mm at 0.778 kg/m,Shutter Top 40x18x1.5 at 0.38 kg/m,Bottom 40x18x1.5 at 0.38kg/m, Side Vertical 40x18x1.50mm at 0.493 kg/m, Vertical locking section 40x29x1.5mm at 0.632 kg/m, with necessary accessories such as rubber beadings, special hinges, lock, handle including supplying and fixing 4mm thick plain glass including cost of all materials , labours, power consumption required for fabrication , drilling holes in RCC colunm, slab, masonry walls wherever necessary with power drills to the required extent and make good to the original condition after fixing and also as directed.The aluminium sections are to be anodised with matt finish under electrically controlled in accordance with IS 1868 /1962 for an average anodic film thickness

Providing factory made pre-laminated FPVC (Formed Polyvinyl Chloride) Door Frame of the size 105 x 40mm with a wall thickness of 10mm made out of extruded rigid FPVC profile mitre joined with 6 Nos. of 5mm long screw. The door frame shall be fixed to the wall by using 80mm long screws through the frame with the help of PVC fasteners of 3 Nos. to be provided for each vertical member, GI stiffeners of (‘U’ channel of size 29 x 9, 1mm, 150mm long) - 3 Nos. at hinge point, frame reinforcement of (‘U’ GI channel of size 46 x 22 x 0.6mm), bottom tie rod of (‘U’ GI channel size of 15 x 15 x 1mm), etc., complete complying with the standard specification. The door frame should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work

ABS DOOR / EQUIVALENT Specification: Providing of 35mm thick factory made pre-laminated ABS (Acrolynitrile Butadiene Styrene) Door Shutter moulded in different designs, consisting of all round frame made out of water proof solid foam PVC bar of size 20 x 32mm,reinforced by 32 x 32mm - 2 Nos., for vertical made out of LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber), core terial of 32mm thick high density craft paper honey comb board, sandwiched on both sides with pre-laminated ABS sheet thickness of 1.5mm. PVC edge banding of size 0.45mm on the vetical sides. Hardware made out of steel coated butterfly hinges - 3 Nos., for each shutter and ISI make SS round lock complete for finished item of work, complete complying with the standard specification. The door shutter and frame should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work (Design Pre-laminated Door)

Supplying and Installing Metal False Ceiling using Fire Retardant Galvanized Steel Sheet Plain lay in tile size 600mm x 600mm, 0.5mm thick, powder coated on external surface and shall have flange on all four sides to rest on the exposed grids. The system to give 600mm x 600mm centre to centre ‘T’. The ‘T’ shall be not be dipped GI Tee Section 3600mm long main Tee. 24mm wide and cross Tee panels are formed by running main runner of ‘T’ section of size 30mm x 24mm powder coated at bottom at intervals with powder coating at bottom. Necessary provision of inter locking of ‘T’ section are made at required intervals not exceeding 1200mm. The main runners are suspended from the ceiling by means of 4mm dia. GI rods fixed to the ceiling using anchor fasteners of 50mm x 8mm size with nylon inset and hooked to the main rubbers using clips.

Supply and fixing seamless ceiling with moisture resistant gypsum board of 12.5 mm thick, fixed to the underside of the suspended grid formed of GI perimeter channel of size 20 x 28 x 30 mm fixed along the wall by using wood screws and metal expansion rawl plugs. The GI intermediate channel of size 45 x 15 x 0.90 mm shall be fixed to the suspended strap hanger / GI ceiling angle 25x10mm at intervals not more than 1220 mm. The suspended GI ceiling angle /. Strap hanger is to be connected with GI soffit cleat of size 37 x 27 x 25 x 1.6 mm and it should be fixed on the roof / beam, by using metal clamp.
