(A) ANNUAL REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF PREPAID AND POSTPAID METERS UNDER GE (U) SECUNDERABAD. Annual Maintainance Contract (AMC) for automatic meter reading postpaid (AMR) and pre-paid smart meters technology enable remote reading of the electricity meters without manual intervention. Billing through GPRS/Cellular/latest enabled system which includers Data Acquisition, Meter data management, billing. TE including spare parts/any accessories required for the meters/complete system considering of following equipments under the area of GE (U) Secunderabad all as directed :- (a) Energy meters. (b) Data Concentrator unit. (c) Low power radio Frequency (LPRF/latest communication facility. (d) Cloud hosted multi user web based software.

Note:- 1. Providing free on line support (Over Phone & Remote Access) on technical clarifications within 24 hrs after raising complaint. 2. Contractor has to respond to any issue within 12 working Hours with the action plan. Site visit will be scheduled based on the initial findings and requirement. The same will be notified to the customer. 3. Monitoring the healthiness of device communication with EMS server, monthly once and sharing the report for the same. Doing Software maintenance by clearing caches and not required log files. 4. If the system crashes during the AMC period, tenderer will install the software free of cost (as per pervious configuration, operating system need to be compatible) and existing back-up will be restored in as-is condition. 6. Arranging immediate replacement for the faulty meters, In case of non-serviceable meters within 48 hours. 7. System health check monthly report in format given by Engineer-in-Charge will be shared. Root Cause analysis and Preventive action will be shared. 8. New meters will be measured and paid separately, if required.

S&F tamper proof electronic smart KWH meter with prepayment feature AC single phase, static energy meter of accuracy class 1.0, 240 V, 50 Hz, with backlit LCD display of rating 5-30 Amps (Measures & displays KWH, V, I, KW, PF, last month history of KWH & MD in KW) with special features like TOD, Tamper logging, Optical communication port & display in absense of power with Transparent Hinge type Box confirming to IS-16444 (Reaffirmed 2020) or existing meter. The meter shall be provided with anti tamper features, protection against electric shock and temperature sequence of display, real time date acting energy reading,instant load maximum demand, self billing arrangements, port to connect software equipment complete all as specified and directed. Note : Temper proof seal to be installed on each prepaid meter.

ANNUAL REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF PREPAID AND PREPAID METERS UNDER GE (U) SECUNDERABAD.Providing AMC charges for AC single phase/three phase Pre-Paid two wire, tamper proof, static meter of class 1.0, 240 V, 50 Hz, 10-60 Amps wit GSM Module 16444 complaint configuration of meters soft ware and maintenance charges of SIM card for each meter for the period of 12 months and maintenance of cloud charges for 12 months

(B) REPAIR/RENEWAL OF STP : Supply, Install, Testing and Commissioning of Advance Maintenance Free G.I. SAFE EARTHING Electrode with PIPE of not less than 50 mm outer dia) and two meter length, The electrode should be of galvinised (80 -100 micron) along with earth lead as Galvanised steel strip of size 32 X6 mm 7.5 m. The GI Electrode shall be pre-filled with Cristaline Conductive Material (CCM). The GI electrode shall be surrounded with 25 kg BackFill compound to provide maximum contact between the electrode and Back Fill Compound. The earting pit cover should be factorty built (size TOP- 10 Inch, Bottom -13 Inch, Height 10.25 Inch ) made of heavy duty Polypropylene complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removal sludge and complete cleaning of all sludge tank pertaining to 50 KLD STP functioning at Dhruva of CDM and sending sludge to Faecal Sludge Treatment Plant (FSTP) complete all as specified and directed. Note: Contractor should visit the site to understand site condition as well as the condition of DHRUVA STP before coating the rates. No claim in this regard will be entertained during execution stage.

Supply of New Micron Catridges along with Housing suitable for STP of capacity 50 Cum/day incl taking down old unsv all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge

M&L for servicing and over hauling of 2HP induction motor including varnishing the stator and replacing the worn out drive end/driven end bearings, greasing,reassembling and testing complete all as directed AT STP

M&L for servicing and over hauling of 1 HP induction motor including varnishing the stator and replacing the worn out drive end/driven end bearings, greasing, reassembling and testing complete all as directed

M&L for emptying cleaning of sand media filter including welding work etc. Replacing of Activated Carbon Filter media (ACF) -400 KG, Grade IV-900- Sand of 400 KG, size of layer resing - 250 Kg as complete all as specified and directed. Makes: Granular/Norit/Equel, Including Bacteria of 1200 Ltrs Make : - DRDO Anaerobic Bacteria/Inoculum. Note: Cert of DRDO authorised dealear to be enclosed. ACF Media combination quality & quantity shall be as directed & recommended by OEM only. (1) The manufacturer shall comply and guarantee the authenticity of the product by providing Test Certificate with Hologram which will be provided by the Authorised Distributor at the distribution point for each Batch of Product delivered on their letter head. (2) The manufacturer will affix its hologram on each and every drum/container/bag. If the said product is delivered without the said hologram and/or it is seen to be tampered, then the product can be discarded as spurious. (3) Replacing of existing Dosing pump with latest Dosing pumps of UC-11 model, Max 4.0 LPH @ 5.5 bar Antisyphon valve, foot valve, 3m LDPE tubing. Make: - Focus /E Dose/UKL/Milton Roy Note : Contractor should visit the site to understand site condition as well as the condition of dhruva STP before coating the rates. No claim in this regard will be entertained during execution stage.

After execution of the above said maint work :- (1) Tech team will visit every month for one year to inspect and will do the service if any required. (2) Every month collecting of water sample from the location and testing of inlet and out let sewage sample from a NABL approved lab. (3) Service visist as and when required if there is an issues, (with in 24 Hours). (4). Replacement of Oil and Grease (5). Backwash and rinse for filters (6). Minor Spares upto 15000 is included. Excluding winding of motors. (7). Training for Sewgage Treatment Plant operators of 8 Hours for 10 days on the site to make the operators fully skilled to operate or control the entire process or system mechines, control boards, to transfer or treated water complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rewinding of the electric motor of above 5Hp upto 7.5 HP capacity duly disconnecting (elctric/water connection) and taking down electric motor (mono block/centrifugal) from the existing position and inspecting the same, transporting to workshop for repairs and bringing it back. Cutting and removing the burnt out winding conductors, rewinding the same with same gauge and weight of insulated super enamelled copper conductor and providing cotton insulated sleeves, varnishing, drying, refixing in position checking the alignment along with pump set connecting up with the electrical and water line connection system, testing and commissioning complete all as directed.

Supplying of 'Aquafit' Brand calcium hypochloride 65-70% chlorine content in granular form to mix with drinking water which is received at Pump house for purifing the water & mainaining its PPM, complete all as specified and directed. Make: Sree rayalama Hi-Strength Hypo ltd or Equivalent.

Repairs to sewage pump including replacing the impeller upto 5 HP mud pump Kirloskar and unserviceable parts viz bushes, gland cover with nut bolts gland rope etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L cleaning the all/any type of tanks pertains to sewage treatment plant 50KLD of receiving sump(collection tank) with suiatble chemeicals, drying the tanks and disposal of Dry sludge minmum distance of 1km raduis from STP location & maintain high level hygiene in STP permises complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) For disposal of dry sludge contactor shall make arrange transport sysytem quoted rate shall be inclusive in unit rate.
