Brick work with common brunt clay (non modular) bricks of class - 150 in Super structure and plinth in : cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 Coarse sand) as DAR 6.4.1

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4(1 cement: 4 coarse sand) As per DAR 13.4.1

Providing and laying birla white wall care putty to smooth existing surface. complete in all respect as per directed by E/I Rate as per SI No.13.80

Finishing with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade (a) New work ( Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 Ltr./10 Sqm. over and including bsae coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 Kg/10 Sqm.) (b) Extra for applying water proofing cement paint as primer applied @ 2.20 Kg/10 Sqm. instead of primer for exterior finishing. As per SOR-13.46.

Fencing with R.C.C. post placed at require distanc, embedded in cement conrete blocks every fintheenth post lst but on end post and corner post shall be strutrd on both side and end post one sid only , provided with horrizental lins and two dogonal of barbed wire wieighing 9.38 kg/100 meters (minimum), betweeen two posts fittd and fixed with G.I. staples on wooden plugs OR G.
