Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth getting out in hard/dense soil, for removing/laying pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 Cms all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50mtr and depositing where directed to a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking down unserviceable sluice valve 150mm dia from valve chamber/pipe line all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling and taking down unserviceable sluice valve 100mm dia from valve chamber/pipe line all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking down unserviceable sluice valve 80mm dia from valve chamber/pipe line all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for sluice valve 150mm dia both end flanged PN 1.0 with fixing arrangements such as bolt / nuts, rubber packing’s etc all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sluice valve 100mm dia both end flanged PN 1.0 with fixing arrangements such as bolt / nuts, rubber packing’s etc all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sluice valve 80mm dia both end flanged PN 1.0 with fixing arrangements such as bolt / nuts, rubber packing’s etc all as specified and as directed.

Taking up cast iron water mains including all fittings with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead of pipe of size 100 mm dia all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of valve chamber and removing from site

Construction of masonry valve pit with burnt brick (Sub class 'B') in cement mortor (1:6) and 10 mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 and PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 in foundation bed or size internally cement on 600 mm X 600mm x 600mm with MS sheet cover with locking arrangement hinged with 50X50X6 mm angle iron frame embeded in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 etc including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to all steel surfacess completed including earth work all as specified and directed.

Construction of valve chamber of size 900 mm x 900 mm x 900 mm internal size suitable for sluice valve, with PCC (1:4:8) type (D2) for foundation one brick wall in cement mortar (1:4) PCC (1:2:4) type B1 for coping rendering in CM (1: 4) 15 mm thick including provision of mild steel sheet cover 3.15 mm thick on 40 x 40 x 6 mm angle iron frame work with two coat of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide primer and locking arrangement including necessary excavation, earth work and demolishing the damaged valve chamber and removing debris as directed, all as specified and as shown on drawing.

Material and labour for DI specials for bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type,(straight ,bend, increasing, decreasing, or double socket etc) Tee pieces single branch."Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs up to 150mm bore Di pipes all as specified and as directed.
