For attending the break down of 160 MVA Transformer

Shifting of 20 KL oil tanker from existing place to near Transformer plinth at 220 KV Sub Station Morti, Ghaziabad for attending the breakdown of 160 MVA Transformer (Crane/Truck shall be arranged by the contractor).

Providing services for Pre Erection testing & post erection testing of 160 MVA Transformer HV side(220KV) bushing for R Phase at 220 KV Sub-Station Morti, Ghaziabad. (a) Tan delta of new/repaired bushing

Drain out & filling of drained Transformer oil in empty oil tanker/drums approxmate 10 KL for replacement/Repair of R HV side bushing of 160 MVA Transformer by the help of centrifuging machine (Centrifuging machine with operator shall be provided by the contractor)

Safe dismantling of existing R phase bushing from turret of 160 MVA Transformer work include opening of jumper, clamps etc., with all T&P required to complete the job & stacking at storage place/store.

Repairing/replacement of 245KV R Phase HV side bushing at Tan Delta point of 160 MVA Transformer and finally complete erection of repaired/new Bushing complete on turret using proper size of gasket tightening of all nut bolts and connection of termination lead/ bushing Rod .

Centrifuging/ Hot oil cerculation of approximate 50 KL oil of 160 MVA T/F in transformer tank, Radiator or oil tank by connecting centrifuging machine with new fillter for dehydratioon of oil , windings etc. Taking BDV values of oil anfd IR values periodically till the required value is reached as per direction of Supervising Engineer.Centrifuging machine with operator & oil testing set shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost. Work also include Top up of oil in main tank, Radiators and conservator tank upto requured leval.

Transformer oil sample collection and testing of T/F oil at CPRI or any other NABL accredited testing lab including cost of transportation of each sample in standard sample bottles. (a) BDV (b) PPM (C ) DGA

For carriage of bushing of 160 MVA Transformer (If required)

Shifting and loading of 245 KV HV side bushing by the help of crane to be provided by the contractor at his own cost.

Carriage of 245 KV HV side bushing by the private truck anywhere 400/220 KV Sub-Station distance upto 150 Km.

Unloading and shifting of 245 KV HV side bushing near 160 MVA Transformer by the help of crane to be provided by the contractor at his own cost.
