Bringing approved soil (Earth) for filling dulypurchasing from out side MoD land complete all as specified and directed

M&L for trial bore of 200mm dia upto 200 mtr depth below ground level in any kind of soil strata including hard stone / boulder including electric logging, MS cap, MS flat iron clamps, reducing socket etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L development of tube well with compressed air and after with 25% extra capacity pump by pumping muddy water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for yeild test for the bore well continuously pumping for 16 hours to determine the safe pumping yield complete all as specified and directed

S&F MS reducer, bail plug, well cap, MS strip for centering MS iron clamps, electric lagging and sample strata box complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS ERW ISI marked casing pipe, 150mm dia, having wall thickness 6mm as per IS:3589-1981 and jointing with electric welding in random length of 3 to 6 meter, including necessary fittingscomplete all as specified and directed.

S&F submersible pump, electric driven 415 Volt, TP suitable for 200/150 mm dia bore well (Casing pipe size 200 / 150 mm) supplied and installed complete for 5 HP, 45 meter head, 1250 RPM, including with submersible cable of any length complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate 600 x 600 x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level (with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level) connected to galvanized iron strip 32x6 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, and washers all as shown in Plate No. 3 of SSR Part I of 2009 and connected to earthing test point & to main switch board with and including adequate qauntiy of charcoal dust & common salt in alternate layer around earth plate, 40mm dia pipe light grade for earth lead protection pipe, GI funnel with 20 mm dia medium grade GI pipe for watering and wire mesh including excavation and earth work, PCC pit with 1:3:6 Type C1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 6 mm dia round bars @ 75mm C/C both ways with MS handle 12mm dia plastering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 externally upto 150 mm below ground level, and disposal of surplus soil complete including testing and writing test results on a 3.0 mm thick painted MS earth pit marking plate (200 mm x 100 mm) duly welded with a 450 mm long 10mm dia round MS rod fixed with the earth pit chamber by grouting complete including taking out old unserviceable earthing system including demolishing with old earth pit chambers and removing of debris from the site complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Earth lead wire and its protection pipe upto and including 15 meter only from the top of earth electrode are included under this item and additional earth strip/protection pipe etc. if any required at site shall be measured and paid separately.
