Laying, jointing ,testing of C. I / DI pipes 4.00Mt Depth including earthwork excavation for trenches in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murams, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders and hard gravelly soil, depositing the earth on banks with initial lead of 10 metres and carting of pipes from any of the Board’s stores to the site of work, lowering into trenches and aligning, etc., complete (Timbering included for Depths 2.50m,3.0m,3.5m,..........upto 8.5m)PAG 65

Shoring, and strutting with sheet piles of size width 400 mm x heightof 3m x thickness of 9mm as per IS 2314-1986 by driving on bothsides of the trench from Ground Level up to the required depth andconnecting the above sheet piles by horizontal strutting with sheetpiles at an interval of 1.0m, fixing the sheet piles by connecting thehorizontal strutting with casurina poles of 8cm to 10cm dia. at 1.50minterval and including removing the sheet piles after the pipelines arelaid, jointed, tested, and stacking it safely for other uses. It includesthe cost of sheet piles and casurina poles including labour charges forerecting the sheet piles, driving the sheet piles, removing the sheetpiles, fixing Casurina poles, etc., complete and all other incidentalcharges for the depths 0-4mts., (VOL II PAG 210)

Dewatering using diesel Engine 10HP pumpset including Hire charges,cost of Diesel,Engine oil,pump operator,labour charges,conveyance of pumpset and fuel to site and back,loading,unloading and any other incidental charges etc complete

Barricading work (Where, there is less traffic areas and broader roads etc.) for laying of pipe line using casurina poles at 1.50m center to center (8cm to 10cm dia and 1.80m height) vertical with horizontal poles in three rows including painting the vertical poles in the road facing sides with ready mix paint, tying the vertical and horizontal poles with coir rope including fixing charges and fixing 75mm dia reflectors including earth work excavation for fixing vertical posts and finally removing and stacking the materials safely for further use etc., complete and as directed by TWAD Board officers.

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage to mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density complete as per clasue 406 of MORTH specifications.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one part of cement, four part of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand) and eight part of coarse aggregates) using 40mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges and all incidential charges such as water providing etc., complete as per standard specification

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand) and four coarse aggregates) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Refilling with excavated earth other than sand with an initial head load of 10 mts. and depositing the earth as shown by the departmental officers in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, watered and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification
