Material and labour for carry out application of ‘Bi-polar migratory corrosion inhibitor' EPCO-KP-100 on concrete surface. This inhibitor has migratory kind of property which permits the material to migrate to a virtual extent of 100 mm, through pores of concrete, inhibiting the corrosion and de-passivating the Electro-chemical reaction. It has property to attack anode as well as cathode, which is purely alkaline in nature (pH-9.5), so it has no carcinogen activity with concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for applying two coats of anticorrosive Treatment to Reinforcement by application of two coats of anti-rust protective coating in the form of Acrylic Polymer with a minimum solid content to 40% solid mixed with cement in 1:1.5 proportion ( 1 part polymer and 1.5 part cement) on rebars after cleaning of rust scales with time interval of minimum 4 hours between each coat by brush as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed. Grouting maintain the pressureat exit (0.5 to 1.0 kg/sqcm) by monitoring pressure gauge at exit. Grout the material through Prefixed nozzles in the structural elements @ 100 ml per nozzle. Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering using factory manufactured pre mix / ready mix mortar with the addition and including WPC of UltreTech WP+ 200 or other equivalent @ 200ml per bag of mortar on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Material and labour for protecting the roof including parapet wall with water proofing coating complete as specified below : Supplying and applying high performance polyurea polyurethane elastomeric waterproofing coating cold applied by spray / brush, smart care ultron liquid membrane with an elongation of 600% and tensile strength of 12.6 N/sqmm as per ASTM D 2370, crack briding ability of 3mm as per ASTM C 1305, shore A hardness of min 75 as per ASTM D 2240. The system included final base preparation epoxy primer application and applying smart care ultron or approved equivalent in two coats at 1.2 Kg /Sqm each coat complete all as per manufacturer specifications and instructions including water proofing treatment to rain water spouts of entire roof terrace by opening of all the existing failed loose pipes and its joints (in old structure), replacing the same by an appropriate dia pipe (not less that 110mm) followed by application of two coats polymer polyurethane elestomeric water proofing coating to ensure leakage free joints (work included filling of mortar and making good the same). Make : Asian Paints / Berger Paints / Dulux Paints / STP / Dr. Fixit / Smart care. Note : 1) The colour of each coat shall be as directed by GE. 2) The work shall be carried out by authorised applicator only. 3) Work to be carried out above 6th and 7th floor.

Material and labour providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post construction anti termite treatment along the external wall below concrete or masonary apron using chemical emulsion at 2.25 litre per linear meter including drilling and plugging holes etc with white cement and match the surface to existing apron complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(iv) After drying putty wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clean and clear (v) Material and labour for applying two coat of polymer modified cementious water proofing coating as per manufactures instructions to bottom and vertical sides up to finished flooor level +100 mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1 mm. When the second layer is still sticky , coarse sand spry shall be carried out or vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed.

(vi) Plaster the bottom and sides up to bottom of the skirting with minimum 20 mm thick using factory manufactured pre mix / ready mix mortar addition and including WPC of UltraTech WP+ 200 or other equivalent @ 200ml per bag of mortar including rounding of corners and junctions sloping towards spout. Note:Test the water proofed area (ponding test) by filling water for atleast 72 hours and tested for leakage seepage and to the entire satisfaction of GE .
