i) Procurement will be made only from the manufacturer/Authorised dealer who are registered with PCMD/Eastern Railway. In case of Authorised Dealer , Firm should upload the valid authorization certificate of the OEM, failing which their offer will be summarily rejected. OEM s should comply with sub clause 19 of the amended GTC.
All bidder should upload pack shot, brochure and catalogue for the tendered item. Otherwise their offer is liable to be rejected.

The bidder agrees to supply the tendered stores at the rates quoted by him in accordance with the IRS conditions of contracts and ( or ) specials conditions and (or) other conditions specified / attached with the Tender.
