CLEANING OF OVER HEAD TANKS, SLUICE VALVES, VALVE PIT CHAMBER, EARTHING AVIATION LIGHT, BUILDING LIGHTS AND POINT WIRING AT NORTH AREA UNDER GE (U) MEERUT.

Material and labour for seven stage cleaning and sterilization inside the existing RCC over head tank of capacity 25000 gallon through bacteriological and fungal treatment by using sodium hypochlorite, potassium permanganate /E-in-C's Branch approved chemical as recommended by Engr-in-Charge and ULTRA VOILET RAY at Pump house at any height (as per site requirement), including suitable staging/scaffolding seven stage are as under follows:- (a) First stage is to drain out the water by using high capacity pump of dewatering system. (b) Second stage is cleaning all the stage formation inside the tank by using sodium hypochlorite a laboratory tested branded chemical/ E-in-C's Branch approved chemical as recommeded by Engr-in-Charge. (c) Third stage is scrubbing the walls and floor with mechanised scrubber and fresh water cleaning high speed jet pump (Rotary & flat) to remove all scalling algae and other formed particlaes on internal surfaces of the tank completely. (d) Fourth stage and first fungal screening is sterilization by using potassium permangate, Laboratory certified and tested chemical E-in-C's Branch approved chemical as recommended by Engr -in-Charge, test certificate from government laboratory monitoring suitability for sterilization should be submitted to the office before using stralisation. (e) Fifth stage is cleaning the floor of water tank by heavy duty industrial vaccume cleaners and sludge succor having maximum 1200 watt with suitable heavy duty rugged motor to free any foreign and loose particales of any nature (f) Sixth stage is providing UV radition which shall have 360 degree off sterilization with in the tank to kill all suspended bacteria (The radition shall portable and effective for sterilization of drinking water tanks for diminetion of floeting and suspended bacteria.)

(g) Seventh stage of cleaning is to sterlizes the floor of the water tank by using branded strong oxidizing agent non toxic bio-degredable eco-friendly anti-bacterial agent (high potency sodium hypochlorite) certified by a Govt. approved laboratory to disinfect the over head tank from all harmful pathogens. (h) Cleaning of, lid wall of the tank, structure for all scales and other particles any algae, hives and any type of vegetation of any other unwanted matters. (j) A sticker of appropriate size and colour as directed by Engr-in-Charge and of non degradable material with printed the Tank capacity, date of cleaning and expiry date will be written or printed on the sticker by permanent marking ink. ( K) Testing of water sample of each OHT before and after cleaning shall be carried out with the following tests : Chemical and Physical : - Colour, odour, taste, turbodity, PH, iron, free residue chlorine, total dissolve solid. Biological testing :- E- coli, Coliform as per IS from any govt NABL approved laboratories and submission of test report complete all as specified and directed. (i) Collection of Sample of water shall be done by the authrozied rep of the approved laboratry from whom the testing of water is to be carried out (ii) All required safety equipemnts (Gumboot, helmets, safety belts, safety foogles, torch light etc) and necessary insurance for safety of working staff to execute the work is resposibility of the contractor. (iii) Lighting arrangements if required to be provided by the contractor temporarily at his own arrangements and the amount quoted for that is deemed to be inclusive in the unit rate and electricity/diesel shall not be provided by the MES. (iv) Contractor will not be allowed more than one day to do the work inside of the each OH tank /UG sump to prevent interruption of water supply to the users of following capacity :-

All as per item No 01 above here in before but the capacity of the tank is 50000 gallon

All as per item No 01 above here in before but the capacity of the tank is 100000 gallon

All as per item No 01 above here in before but the capacity of the tank is 200000 gallon

All as per item No 01 above here in before but under ground sump of capacity 25000 gallon

Material and labour for painting to existing MS structure at pump houses with two coat synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome after prepration the steel surfaces by scrubbing the old paint with brush and cleaning the oil surface clearely of any description over 10cm in width or girth , not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan, buzzer, socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceilling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets light fitting etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit(credit for above items should be made as per condition seprately) and making good disturbed surfaced of wall , floors etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for point wiring surface type with 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated stranded single core unsheathed FRLS copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade drawn through with and including PVC casing caping with all fittings and accessories of PVC casing caping (like Tee, Bend etc) complete fixed to walls / ceiling etc with and including 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated unsheathed, stranded, single core FR copper cable as earth continuity wire connecting to common earth point with 3 mm thick PVC /plastic laminated sheet, top cover suitable sizes of brass screws and washers etc. for mounting switches, sockets, regulatros etc complete) for One light point or one fan point or exhaust fan controlled by one switch complete all as specified and as directed.

-do- all as per item No- 08 here in above but for one 3 pin socket outlet, 6 Amp on the same board with other switch complete all as specified and directed.
