RequiredThe bidder may be any reputed, experienced, eligible and interested contractors/ individual contractors/ firms/ companies/ agencies registered with concerned authority under relevant act.

In case of leased vehicles, the bidder shall upload the valid lease agreement along with RC Copies

RequiredThe bidder should have similar experience in providing Dog Catching for Veterinary Wing (approx.. 50% of estimated contract value) on hire basis in any State/Central Govt./Semi-Govt./PSU Departments/ ULBs for a regular annual contract period in any one year during the last (3) consecutive financial years of 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 with value of work done not less than 33.75 Lakhs.

RequiredThe bidder should have minimum turnover in any one year during the last (3) consecutive financial years of 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26with value of work as 67.50 Lakhs along with certified CA documents to be uploaded with UDIN number

RequiredThe bidder shall submit the IT Returns (AY:2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 acknowledgement copies shall be uploaded along with Tender)

RequiredThe bidder should have PAN, GST Registration Certificate (Copies shall be uploaded along with Tender)

RequiredThe stray animals catchers must catch a minimum of 20 numbers of dogs per trip per vehicle and other labour must achieve the target / work load as assigned by the officers / supervisors of Veterinary Section from time to time so as to achieve the section target

OptionalAll the (i.e., (03) Nos. Mahindra Bolero / Similar Pik-up Extra Long 1.7T Vehicle of 9 Feet length for Dog Catching Purpose with Branding shall be in good condition and shall with year of manufacture as 2020 or more and should have RTA registration/permit in Telangana state valid for the entire contract period
