Supply amd Installation of 9.0mtrs high GI octagonal pole with single side(1 mtr overhang) with end nipple to hold one no LED light fixture with GI base plate of 320x320x12mm thick, PCD-320MM & Foundation Bolt-M24X750X4mm.The pole shall be provided with flush door at the bottom with proper strengthening to the cut out of the door opening. A junction/looping box with heavy duty 3 phase 4 way connector shall be in built into the ploe. The rate shall be inclusive of providing R.C.C. foundation for wind speed 180KM/HR with minimum 1:2:4 ratio , cable entry pipe sleeve of 32 mm dia N.B. The rate shall include the cost of one no.6 Amp. MCB, 16 Sqmm. stud connectors 4 way ,connecting wire 3 x 1.5 Sq.m.FRLS copper cable with 1.5 sqmm insulated wire earth continuity conductor from junction box to light fixture etc as per tender specification, site condition as directed by Engg In Charge.

Supply of minimum 45 watt LEDstreet light of innovative die-cast Aluminium/Magnesium Alloy IP66 light fixture having minimum 45000 lumen output & minimum CCT of 5000 to 6500K i/c necessary electronic driver, high power LED lamp suitable to operate on 230V ac power supply with connector etc. as per tender specifications complete as required.(Each LED fittings should be minimum IP66 rating). (5 year warrantee shall be provided for complete fittings i/c driver by manufacturer/dealer in favour of AAI).

Supply of Junction box of IP 66/ IP67 /IP 69 Thermoplastic Polycarbonate weatherproof junction box with multi-level knockouts for cable glands in different sizes. The pre-moulded knockouts shall be available on all the four sides of the junction box to enable cable entries from any direction. Mounting clamp with M32 gland MCB, 6Amp, SP-1no with stud type terminal block, Dimension-205x255x112mm.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required as per tender specification, site condition as directed by Engg In Charge..

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ground as required.

Supply of following XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed 1.1 KV grade, aluminium conductor, armoured power cable conforming to IS:7098, PART-1/1988 upto date amendments.

Supply and laying of following size HDPE pipe conforming to IS at a depth of 0.8Mtr along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS with upto date amendments ,direct in ground/ bitumin road/ hard rock area including excavation and making good surface as per site condition & direction of Engineering In-Charge.
