S.H-I - REPAIRING OF AC Package
Dismantling of existing irreparable condenser coil after cutting by gas cutter etc, dismantling the cooling fan assembly etc along with all the electrical connections etc complete as reqd.
Supplying of condenser coil as per original as required.(Remarks: Rate is inclusive of buyback of old cooling coil)
Supplying and fixing of following sizes 18 guage (1.2mm) copper refrigerant piping on the existing MS tray/MS member supports. A) Hot gas line 1-1/8' (@20 Rmt/CKT) 18swg
B) Liquid line 7/8' (@ 20 Rmt/CKT) 18 swg
Supplying and charging the system with refrigerant after vaccuuming and negative pressure testing, nitrogen flushing etc complete etc as reqd.
Re-assembling the entre condenser i/c cooling fan assembly alongwith all the electrical connections etc including installation, testing and commissioning of the precision AC machines complete as reqd.
Supplying and fixing fabricated suitable MS iron frame for protection of copper pipe as per site requirement. i) 40 x 40 x 5 mm
ii) 40 x 5 mm
S.H- II - AMC of AC Package
Comprehensive maintenance of (2+1)Package AC Plants as per the special condition of contact as required.
