Excavation in foundation trenches in earth work in all heights and depths in all kinds of soils, including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock, with chiseling and wedging out of rock; (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including ,dewatering wherever required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge at site, according to the H.P.PWD. specification of 1990 ( one thousand nine hundred ninety) volum-I (one) and sorting out useful and unuseful materials and transporation of the unuseful material for disposing at dumping site (to be arranged by the contractor) to the satisfcation of Engineer-in-Chargethrough all modes of transporation including head load, animal load or mechnical means alongwith its leveling fine dressing and with all kind of labour, machineries , tools equpments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechnical means and labour (if required). Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects, including all incidental charges.

Supplying and stacking of well decayed farm yard manure at the site of work as per instructions by the Engineer- in charge. The Farm yard manure shall be free from earth stone, brick bats and other extraneous stuff. The stacks of F.Y.M. Should be 50 cm (fifty centimetre) in height having volume not less than 3.00 cum.(three cubic meter) The volume of the stacks shall be reduced by 8% (eight percent) for looseness to arrive at the net quantity for payment including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts .(Taking 30% of the Lawn area with plants) as per HP.PWD specification 1990 (One thousand Nine hundred Ninety) Volume-I, including carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all lead and lift , including all incidental charges.

Providing and planting with Maxican green grass turf including watering and maintenance of the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass form a thick lawn free from weeds and fit for moving including supply good earth if needed as per instructions of engineer in charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift including all incidental charges.

Providing of 1st quality PVC white coloured square pots of size 14-15 inches with base plates of same colour. Along with well developed potted plants in good proportion like Aglonema, Croton, Draceana, Areca palm, Phoenix palm, Cycas palm, Furcaria, Schefflera variegated, Aurocaria, Junipers, Cyperuss, Anthurium, Raphis Palm, Nolina palm, Fuschia, Azalea, Camellia etc. as per instructions of engineer in charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift including all incidental charges.
